Bass is a henchman of Lord Decibel who first appeared in The Claws of the Cat.
Appearance
Bass is a tall man dressed in a pink suit. His head is covered by a helmet with a star-shaped visor.
History
Bass appears in The Claws of the Cat, where he battles off Heatblast alongside Treble for Lord Decibel, but was soon defeated once Gwen joined.
Powers and Abilities
Using a device that he wears on his chest, Bass is able to emit powerful sound waves from his hands and chest. He can use the sound waves to propel himself upwards.
