Ben and Forever Knight arrive in ancient Egypt. Ben questions why they chose there out of all places and times. Forever Knight tells him that his Omnitrix is helping him locate something. He's been tracking instances across time, where alien contact was attempted. His plan is to go back and time and prevent any contact from happening. Ben realizes that it would mean he wouldn't have a watch. Forever Knight tells him that with threats like Ben's alien powers out of the way, he could become Earth's ultimate ruler. Ben runs up to Forever Knight and tells him that there is no way that he is going to be used for his evil plan. Ben transforms into Four Arms, only to get punched into a sculpture. The Omnitrix starts beeping even more, the Knight states that the signal is getting closer. The signal failed and Forever Knight grabbed Ben an they time jumped again.
Back in the present, The Tennyson Team prepares to fight off Forever Knight's team. Max tells Gwen to take on Charmcaster and Kevin, and Phil to take on Simon and Billy, while he takes on Vin. Gwen goes to face Kevin and Charmcaster, but Charmcaster tells her that she'll never stop Forever Knight. Phil goes to take on Simon and Billy, but Billy demands his drones to start shooting at Phil. Max and Vin face off with each other, using vehicle lifts.
Ben and Forever Knight arrives in another time. Ben transforms into Diamondhead to fight off Forever Knight, however Ben is beaten. Ben times out, and the signal starts approaching. However the signal fails. They time jump again. Back in the present, Gwen fights off Kevin and Charmcaster, trying to reason with them. Charmcaster still tries to destroy Gwen, despite what she's saying. Max and Vin fights each other, and Gwen realizes that Ben and Forever Knight time jumped again.
In the past, young Max and Phil are building a powerful antenna, attempting to make contact with aliens. Shock Rock lands out of the portal, followed by Forever Knight. The watch starts beeping again. Forever Knight attempts to destroy the satellite on Phil's house, however Shock Rock interrupts. Back in the present, Max asks Vin why did he team up with Forever Knight. Vin tells him that ever since his son grew up to be a lawyer, he hasn't had anybody around, and this is the closest thing to family he has now. Max offers Vin to join the Tennyson, to which Vin accepts. Phil runs from Billy and his drones, but ends up destroying them with his laser sword. Billy uses Simon and his robot to deploy a giant cannon, and aim it towards Phil. However, Phil offers Simon juice, and Simon's robot slams Billy Billions on the ground. Gwen still tries to fight off Wreckingbolt and Charmcaster. Kevin transforms into Thornblade and slams Gwen on the ground. Charmcaster demands Kevin to finish Gwen off, however Kevin shows resistance. Charmcaster uses her magic and hold Gwen, creating a drill to charge at her. Thornblade destroys her rune, saving Gwen. Thornblade then traps Charmcaster a something Gwen thanks him for.
Back in the past, Shock Rock and Forever Knight fight each other. Shock Rock then times out. Forever Knight forms a blade, and right before he hits Ben, Kevin, as Dark Matter, and Gwen arrive also The forever knight tells the reason why he didn't chose him because he was a knock off of Ben. The Forever Knight proceeds to destroy the satellite until Gwen, Dark Matter, and Rath hold him down until the alien made contact successfully. With the Forever Knight's failure, they were able to successfully obtain the Forever Knight's time-travelling gauntlet. Gwen opens the portal, and they all go through. Forever Knight dumps Rath in an ocean, and is then hit by Crystalfist, landing in another portal. Kevin questions why Forever Knight treated him that way, and claims he was the best fighter he had. Forever Knight states that Kevin was only a useless pawn. Rath lands in through a portal and tackles the Knight. Gwen arrives with another open portal, and Forever Knight follows her.
Kevin and Ben follows Forever Knight through the portal. Forever Knight destroys Gwen's suit, and right before he attempts to take the glove, Ben kicks, him, and the glove falls, Ben and Gwen grab hands trying to escape the Knight. Gwen reaches out for Kevin. The Forever Knight demands Kevin to make himself useful for once and hand over Ben. Gwen tries to reason with Kevin telling him that he's not a bad guy. Kevin denies that and jumps towards Forever Knight. Stating that he's the baddest they've ever seen. Forever Knight and Kevin are now lost in the time portal. Gwen and Ben return to the lab. Ben gets angry that Kevin stole the spotlight. Gwen brings logic into the mix. Later, Ben tells Max the story on how they defeated Forever Knight, but Max says he's still grounded. Gwen tells him to not run off like that, and whatever the trouble is they can face it together. Vin joins the conversation stating that he can always rely on family the cousins are confused at Vin's presence, who replies he is joining the Tennyson family, meanwhile back at the lab, the helmet of Forever Knight lands through the portal.

With threats like your aliens' powers out of the way, I can become Earth's ultimate ruler.

Max: Between you and me, I could use an extra hand once in a while. Vin: (Chuckles). Yeah, Ben's a mess.
