Timothy (or Tim) was the temporary wielder of the Prototype 71, a device similar to the Omnitrix that was created by Dr. Psychobos.
Appearance
Timothy is a dark-skinned boy with black hair and brown eyes. He wears ripped blue pants and a brown hoodie. He has ear piercings, a spiked bracelet on his right wrist, a chain on his waist and a beaded necklace. He originally wore the Prototype 71 on his left wrist.
Personality
Timothy likes to do whatever he wants, though he is humbled after encountering Ben.
History
Timothy was working as a pizza delivery man when he needed to make a delivery for alien contractors. When they refused to pay for the pizza, Tim stole the first thing he saw: the Prototype 71. Some time later, he robs Lonnie's skateboard store as Skateasaurus and is mistaken for Ben. Ben and Rook decide to investigate and end up finding Timothy, who gets involved in a fight with Ben and manages to escape. He later decides to take revenge on the alien contractors, but his Omnitrix malfunctions, transforming him into random aliens and facilitating his defeat against Ben. He was not arrested, but he had to return the skateboards he stole from the store and pay the owner for the damage caused. To that end, Tim started working for Pakmar at his pizzeria.

Timothy's Prototype 71 allows him to turn into various different species. However, due to it being a faulty prototype, the aliens had defects which hinders their powers.

- Timothy shares some base similarities with Mad Ben, as both dress punk-ish and use their Omnitrix to get what they want.
- Timothy is the only Omnitrix user that does not come from an alternate dimension who also made his debut in a comic.
