Code Red was an online tower defense game on the Cartoon Network website based on Outbreak.
Plot
Similar to plot of Outbreak, Dr. Psychobos steals a part of the Omnitrix that causes it to turn Rook and the prisoners into alien hybrids, and causing Ben to be stuck in an alien form. The team of small Plumbers must stop the prisoners from breaking out of Plumbers HQ.
Gameplay
The game is a typical tower defense where player must deploy Plumbers on designated spots of the map to take down waves of enemies walking down the path heading towards the exit. If the player lets too many prisoners escape, they'll lose.
There are four different stages with four levels each. In each stage, Ben will be stuck as a different alien and will be present somewhere on the level along with Rook. The player can use Plumber Badges to deploy as many generic Plumbers as they please, but the unique Plumbers can only be placed once in a level. The player is unable to sell or replace a Plumber once they placed them on the battlefield. The Plumbers gets more expensive as more Plumbers are deployed. The player will earn more Plumber Badges as enemies are defeated, with some enemies dropping a Plumbers Badge that the player can click on to collect.
The levels will have a rating under them depending on how well the player did in battle.
Whenever the player beats a level, they will earn some upgrade points that they can use to upgrade their Plumbers' stats, including Ben's alien forms and Rook.
In the end of each stage the player will face a boss that are able to do negative effects to the Plumbers, such as stunning them for a few seconds.

- The game uses the recalibrated Omnitrix in some of its menus, as well as a red version for incomplete levels and the health bar, making it look like Albedo's Omnitrix.
- The Null Guardian re-uses their Original Series design due to not having an Omniverse design.
- The Worst says "damn it" during the opening scene.
