Fasttrack is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Citrakayah from the planet Chalybeas.[PAD 1]
Appearance
Ben as Fasttrack
Fasttrack is a feline-like alien with a black suit-like color scheme, and his hands, legs, chest, and part of his head are colored blue. He has black mask-like fins around his green eyes, a triangle-shaped nose, a thunderbolt-like design down his chest, and a triangle one down his back. He also has spike-like blades on his arms and legs.
Fasttrack wears the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
Albedo as Negative Fasttrack
Negative Fasttrack looks just like Ben's Fasttrack, but with red eyes and no Ultimatrix symbol.
Powers and Abilities
Fasttrack has enhanced speed, agility and reflexes. Fasttrack is able to run fast enough to outrun a missile created by Dr. Animo, forcing Animo to increase the power of the missile in an attempt to make it outspeed Fasttrack.[2]
Fasttrack possesses enhanced strength, as he was able to carry both Hulka and Tack to safety,[3] as well as Gwen and Kevin while in Legerdomain.[1]
Fasttrack possesses enhanced durability.[4][5]
Fasttrack can jump to great heights while running,[1] and is quite acrobatic, as while upside-down, he performed a handspring to avoid a swipe from Sir George; leap in the air; and realign himself before he touched the ground.[5]

Weaknesses
Opponents with good reflexes and reaction time can counter Fasttrack's speed and land a blow on him, as seen when Fasttrack ran straight into Sir George's outstretched arm, badly stunning him.[5]
Fasttrack can have a hard time stopping if he runs too quickly.[2]
Being a speed-based alien, Fasttrack shares similar weaknesses with XLR8. For example, he is being unable to run on certain surfaces like ice, which can make him slip very easily.[2]
History
Ultimate Alien
- Fasttrack first appeared and was unlocked off-screen in Basic Training,[DVD 1] where he saved Tack and Hulka from an explosion caused by a Nuclear Fusion Grenade.
- In A Knight to Remember, Fasttrack disarmed the Forever Knights by taking all of their weapons away.
- In Solitary Alignment, Fasttrack tried to take the sword, Ascalon, from Sir George, but failed and was defeated by him, forcing Fasttrack to switch into Humungousaur.
- In Enemy of My Frenemy, Fasttrack was tied to Gwen and Kevin (with manna) so they could all escape from the Scrutins together. He and the team then met Ignaceous.
- In The Eggman Cometh, Fasttrack trained with Kevin until they were stopped by Gwen. Later, Fasttrack failed to stop Dr. Animo's missile from destroying a weather balloon experiment.
- In Couples Retreat, Fasttrack failed to catch Darkstar and stop him from going to the Door to Anywhere. He then looked around for the stolen page from Gwen's spellbook before reverting.
- In Night of the Living Nightmare, Fasttrack appeared twice in a dream. Firstly, Negative Fasttrack fled from Swampfire. Seconds later, Ben as Fasttrack chased Negative Fasttrack all the way to Mr. Smoothy.
- In The Beginning of the End, Fasttrack defeated the Esoterica who were spying on him, Gwen, and Kevin.

Fasttrack in Galactic Racing
Ben 10: Galactic Racing
Fasttrack is a playable racer in the game. His attack special ability is to unleash several small tornadoes, which fly forward in a row and topple racers from behind. His defense special ability is to become intangible by flipping and dodging.
Fasttrack is able to move fast enough to get through any attack. In his own words, he becomes intangible. In addition to being able to perform a "Spinjitzu" by spinning at high speed and creating mini tornadoes that affect enemies, he can increase his speed if he stores enough kinetic energy.

Etymology
"Fast track" is an informal phrase meaning "the quickest and most direct route to achievement of a goal", as in competing for professional advancement.
Trivia
- Although Fasttrack did not appear in Omniverse, he was mentioned in Have I Got a Deal for You, The Ultimate Heist, and Breakpoint.
- There were no plans for Fasttrack to appear during the early seasons of the show.[DJW 1]
- Fasttrack and Eatle are the only aliens introduced in Ultimate Alien to have been unlocked off-screen.
- Fasttrack's voice sounds very similar to Spidermonkey's.
- Fasttrack's name was first revealed in a Ben 10: Galactic Racing press release and confirmed by Peter David, who revealed the name of Fasttrack's species and home planet as well.[PAD 1]
- Fasttrack was named by Peter David, albeit spelled as "Fasstrak".[script 1]
- Fasttrack was designed by Steven Choi.[TJC 1]

- Had he appeared, Fasttrack would have worn clothes, similar to many other aliens.[DJW 3] Derrick J. Wyatt would have had Dee Bradley Baker reprise his role, but with some feline attributes added to his voice.[DJW 4]
- Fasttrack might be able to be controlled by people who have the ability to control cats, like Nyancy Chan, depending on how prevalent his feline attributes are.[DJW 5]
- A concept idea for Fasttrack's Omniverse design depicted him with wheeled feet inspired by the Wheelers from Return to Oz. However, it was rejected because the design made him look even more similar to XLR8.[DJW 6]
- Derrick eventually drew a version of Fasttrack in the Omniverse art style, as well as an alternate version depicting him with sunglasses similar to Bullfrag's, as part of a GoFundMe in 2021.[DJW 7] The alternate design was made after Derrick received several fan requests regarding Fasttrack wearing sunglasses.[DJW 8]
- According to him, the Omnitrix was positioned on his chest because if it were on his belt, the symbol would need to be much smaller than normal and would still cover the end of the lightning bolt printed on his clothing.[DJW 9]
- Derrick gave him a longer torso and thinner limbs, as he thought it would make him look more feline.[DJW 9]
- A version of him was also made with glasses similar to Bullfrag's. Derrick jokingly explained that Fasttrack wears running glasses because he doesn't want people to think he was crying when he shows up after a run, since the high speed combined with the exposure to the wind would make him tear up.[DJW 9]
- Matt Wayne speculates that Fasttrack is physically stronger than XLR8, stating that "Fasttrack can probably lift more".[MW 1]
