| The episode starts with Kevin driving his car through the motorway with Gwen and a sleepy Ben inside, until an itch of a thunderstorm wakes Ben up | |

| Kevin | Relax, hero, you fell asleep. |
| Ben | I'm not asleep. |
| Gwen | Well, you should be. How many on-lighters did you say you pulled in a row? |
| Ben | Two, okay three, maybe four. And the only way... (yawns) I'm good for another one. |
| Kevin | Well, that makes one of us. I'm dropping you off and I'm going home to my bed. |
| Ben | (offscreen) But there's probably aliens out there, y'know, Forever Knights, something. |
| Kevin | (offscreen) Why are you so against sleeping? |
| Ben | I'm not. Let's go to Mr. Smoothies. |
| Gwen | He's been having nightmares. |
| Ben | Gwen! |
| Kevin | Tell you what, I'll loan you a night light. That'll keep the boogie men away. |
| Ben | I'm not afraid of the dark. |
| Kevin stops at Ben's House | |
| Kevin | (offscreen) Good, then get out. I still got to take your cousin home before her folks go into full meltdown. |
| Ben exits the car. | |
| Gwen | Get some sleep, Ben. |
| Kevin drives away with his car. ITCH Thunderstorm bolt | |
| Ben | Sure, nothing to be afraid of. (enters his house) |

Act 1

| The thunderstorm hits an electrical post near}by Ben's House, then a spark of blue electricity starts travelling through the wires. Ben is in his room, asleep, then the blue spark travels through the wire of Ben's lamp and it switches on autonomously, then it does the same to his computer. Then the electric spark weaves onto Ben's lightbulb, but it then causes tinier blue sparks to fall on Ben, awakening him | |
| Ben | A-huh? What was that? |
| Suddenly, Ra'ad jumps in, in combat mode and lands on Ben's bed, breaking it in the process, Ben manages to jump out of the way. Ben slams the Ultimatrix and transforms into Jetray | |
| Jetray | Jet- |
| Ra'ad jumps on Jetray and forces him out of the house, they land on the streets. Jetray blasts his neuroshock rays on Ra'ad, but he ends up resisting. | |
| Jetray | Well, that didn't work, so how about a more direct approach? |
| Jetray swifts at Ra'ad, but the latter goes intangible so Jetray can't harm him. | |
| Jetray | Where'd he go? |
| Ra'ad is back on the electrical post and absorbs it, then fires electric beams at Jetray, then Jetray jumps onto Ra'ad and forces him through the fences of lots of neighbors. Ra'ad manages to force Jetray off of him and the former blasts him with electricity, then Jetray swifts on Ra'ad and he forces the both of them into the neighbor's pool. Ra'ad does an electric shock across the water, blasting Jetray out, but it also harms Ra'ad, as water is a good conductor of electricity. Ra'ad is then defeated. | |

| Later, in Los Soledad, in a base | |
| Ra'ad | (groans) (offscreen) Where have (onscreen) you taken me? |
| Ben, Gwen and Kevin are in the base with Ra'ad trapped in an energy pod. | |
| Kevin | Welcome to Los Soledad, abandoned top secret research lab in gateway to nowhere. |
| Ben | I'm Ben Tennyson, didn't get a chance to introduce myself earlier, what with that whole "attacking me" thing you did. |
| Ra'ad | Oh, I know who you are. You're the one who helped Aggregor recapture my friends, Bivalvan, P'Andor, Andreas, Galapagus. He has them all now. |
| Ben | Woah, calm down sparky. |
| Ra'ad | My name is Ra'ad. |
| Ben | Okay, fine, Ra'ad. Your friends are all safe, Plumbers took them back to their home planets. |
| Ra'ad | Wrong! You led Aggregor right to them, and the Plumbers sad fate is also on your hands! |
| Ben | Aggregor? |
| Gwen | Galapagus told us about him, remember? He's the guy those aliens were hiding from. |
| Kevin | He can absorb things just like me. |
| Ra'ad | And you're wondering, Kevin Levin, if Aggregor is an Osmosian also just like you. |
| Kevin | How'd you know what I was thinking? |
| Ra'ad | I am an Amperi. We are masters of the electromagnetic spectrum; your thoughts are but electric pulses. I can read them with ease. |
| Gwen | Kevin, if Aggregor is like you... |
| Ra'ad | (offscreen) He is. Like all Osmosians, Aggregor can absorb matter, energy or the powers of any living creature. |
| Ben | Alright, "mind reader", what's Aggregor's plan? |
| Ra'ad | When he captures, me, he will absorb my powers, and those of the other four prisoners. That combination will make him the most powerful being in this galaxy. |
| Ben | Then we can't let that happen. Work with us, Ra'ad. Help us stop him. |
| Ra'ad | A most generous offer, I accept. |
| Ben is struggling to figure if he should free Ra'ad, in fear he might betray them. He is about to press the button to free Ra'ad, but Kevin grabs Ben's hand before he can press it. | |
| Kevin | And you are trusting him, why? |
| Ben | Because he knows how Aggregor operates, and because we don't have a lot of time. |
| Kevin releases Ben's hand and the latter presses the buttons and frees Ra'ad. | |
| Ra'ad | We certainly don't. |
| Ra'ad blasts electric beams at the team that makes the team lift up and they grunt. | |
| Ra'ad | I read your minds, if it came to it, you'd turn me in to save yourselves. |
| Ben | (grunts) You're wrong! |
| Gwen | We wouldn't! |
| Kevin | But I'd really feel bad about it. |
| Ra'ad | I rest my case. (discards the electric beams) |
| The Ultimatrix beeps. | |
| Ultimatrix | Uncatalogued DNA detected. |
| Ra'ad | (offscreen) You see? (onscreen) That is how Aggregor found the others, (offscreen) he used that Ultimatrix of yours as a homing device. (onscreen) But this time, I will destroy it before he finds me. |
| Ra'ad fires an electric beam, but then the Ultimatrix goes into DNA Scan Mode and fires a yellow beam and locks onto the electrical beam - then it causes an energy wave that blasts Ben and Ra'ad back, causing Ben to groan. | |
| Gwen | Ben? Talk to me. |
| Ben | (regains consciousness) Where's Ra'ad? |
| Ra'ad appears to be missing. | |
| Gwen | He's gone. |
| Green electric sparks itch on the Ultimatrix. | |
| Kevin | And I think he messed up your watch. |
| Ben | (dryly) Oh, that's great! Things cannot get any worse. |
| Suddenly, a big crash comes from the ceiling and makes a hole. The smoke disappears, revealing Aggregor. | |
| Aggregor | Oh yes, they can. |
Act 2

| Ben | (slams Ultimatrix but won't activate) It's not working! |
| Gwen | Keep trying, we'll stall. (to Aggregor) Welcome to Los Soledad, how may we help you? |
| Aggregor | I have come for Ra'ad. |
| Kevin | (acting dumb) Who? |
| Aggregor | Ra'ad, the runaway, my prisoner. |
| Gwen | (to Kevin) Hmm, do you know anybody named Ra'ad? |
| Kevin | No, doesn't ring a bell. |
| Aggregor | Perhaps this will refresh your memory. (unleashes his Shock Staff) |
| Ben | I hope that's not one of those alien probes you read about. |
| Aggregor fires an energy beam from his spear, but Gwen has a manna shield up to defend from the attack, but her manna shield starts cracking | |
| Gwen | Ben, anytime you want to jump in. |
| Ben | (trying to activate the Ultimatrix) It won't turn on! (grunting) |
| Kevin | Stay put. (absorbs metal from the wall) |
| Kevin jumps at Aggregor. | |
| Aggregor | You're out of your debt, hatchling. |
| Kevin | Look, you don't scare me. I'm an Osmosian just like you. |
| Aggregor | No, not like me. Not even close. |
| Kevin charges at Aggregor, but the latter hits him away on the wall with his spear, then Aggregor blasts Kevin onto the wall, making Kevin lose his metal armor. | |
| Gwen | Stay away from him! |
| Gwen fires manna disks, but Aggregor flings his spear in a full turn, deflecting the manna disks away and he causes an energy ground wave that hits Gwen. Then, the Ultimatrix activates again | |
| Ben | About time! (scrolling through aliens) Amperi, Amperi. (finds only Amperi DNA sample is showing up) Amperi? That's it? Okay, will have to do. |
| Ben slams the Ultimatrix and transforms into a new Amperi DNA sample. | |
| Ampfibian | Ampfibian! |
| Ampfibian blasts electric beams at Aggregor, but the latter runs at him and knocks him into the wall. | |
| Aggregor | Actually, now that you've become an Amperi, I can use you to complete my collection. |
| Gwen | I've got a better idea. |
| Gwen constructs a manna tornado that teleports herself, Kevin and Ampfibian away. | |
| Aggregor | Enjoy your respite, brief though it will be. No one escapes from Aggregor! |
| The manna teleportation turbo takes the three to Kevin's storage unit, Gwen falls while out of stamina in Kevin's arms. | |
| Kevin | What was that? |
| Gwen | A teleportation spell. |
| Kevin | How 'bout you don't do that one anymore? |
| Gwen | It got us out of there, didn't it? |
| Ampfibian | (offscreen) Yeah, (onscreen) problem is, Aggregor won't give up, he'll come after us. |
| Ra'ad | (gains consciousness over Ampfibian's body) And when he does, you had better be ready. |
| Kevin | (doesn't know Ra'ad is taking over) What do you mean "you"? |
| Ampfibian | (gains control over his body) We, I meant "we." "I" meant "we." (whispering to himself) That was weird. |
| In outer space, in his starship with the other four captive Andromeda aliens. Zoom out to where Aggregor was watching the captive aliens with a screen viewer. | |
| Aggregor | Lock on to Ben Tennyson's Ultimatrix. |
| One of the Aggrebots try to use a tracking panel to lock onto the Ultimatrix on his command | |
| Aggregbot | Unable to locate. |
| Aggregor | Nonsense! He didn't leave the planet! (pulls out holographic files) Reroute all processors to the sensors. Find Ben Tennyson! |
| Back at the storage unit, Gwen is sitting on the sofa resting with an ice pack on her head and Kevin is typing on his rebuilt Hacking Machine. | |
| Kevin | What makes you so sure Aggregor will come back after us again? |
| Ampfibian | Call it a hunch. |
| Kevin | Maybe they'll go back to chasing Ra'ad. |
| Ampfibian | We don't even know if Ra'ad's still alive. |
| Gwen | Teleportation hangover here, hold it down! |
| Ampfibian | Sorry, Gwen. |
| Gwen | Don't apologize, bring me another ice pack. |
| Kevin | Let's get the Ultimatrix up and running again. |
| Ra'ad | (takes control over Ampfibian's body again) No, let's not. |
| Ampfibian | (gains control again) Ra'ad is that you? |
| Ra'ad | Trapped in your Ultimatrix, yes. But is a blessing, as long as the device is offline, Aggregor can't track my whereabouts through it. |
| Ampfibian | Better come up with a new plan, it's hero time! (slams the Ultimatrix symbol but doesn't time him out) |
| Gwen | Ben, seriously! Trying to sleep! |
| Ampfibian | It's Ra'ad! I hear him in my head! |
| Kevin | Sure. |
| Gwen reads Ampfibian's manna, checking for Ra'ad | |
| Gwen | He's not kidding, I can sense Ra'ad's essence inside of him. It's like they're sharing the same body. |
| Ampfibian | I call dibs! |
| Ra'ad | Joke while you can, I'm going to take control of you and your Ultimatrix! |
| Ampfibian | He's trying to take over the Ultimatrix, keep me from using it! |
| Kevin | Let him try. (takes off brown cloth, revealing hacking pedestal) We're about to hack into the Ultimatrix and force a reboot. |
| Gwen | 'Cause that worked out so well last time? |
| Ampfibian | Yeah, we busted the Omnitrix and turned you into a freak. |
| Kevin | Have you looked in the mirror lately? |
| Gwen | No jokes, Kevin. It's dangerous. |
| Kevin | It'll go better this time, promise. |
| Ampfibian | Why? |
| Kevin | 'Cause this time, I'll use the blue buttons. |
| Ampfibian | I can't tell you how reassured I am by... (gets electrocuted) |
| Gwen | Ben? |
| Ra'ad | (wraps his tendril around Kevin's hand) Don't touch the Ultimatrix! |
| Kevin gets electrocuted by the green energy | |
| Gwen | Ben, what are you doing? |
| Ra'ad | I'm NOT Ben! |
| Gwen | Let him go! (blasts Ra'ad away with manna disk) |
| Ra'ad fires electrical blast, then Gwen traps Ra'ad in a manna force field fused with the electricity. Ra'ad tries to break out | |
| Gwen | Don't make me hurt you! |
| Ampfibian | Get out of my head! |
| Ra'ad | It isn't your head, it's mine! |
| Ampfibian | Okay, good point, but I'm using it now! |
| Gwen | Kevin, reboot the Ultimatrix and do it fast! |
| Kevin | I'll try, but if it doesn't work... |
| Gwen | It has to work, Kevin. I can sense Ben's spirit fading. If we don't get him back in his body fast, Ra'ad will take over and we'll lose Ben forever! |
Act 3

| Kevin is pressing the blue buttons on the pedestal | |
| Gwen | How much longer? |
| Kevin | I'm working as fast as I can! |
| Ampfibian | Work faster! I've gotta get out of this body before Ra'ad... |
| Ra'ad | If you reactivate the Ultimatrix, Aggregor will find me! He will destroy us all! |
| Gwen | We'll take our chances. |
| Kevin clips the crocodile clips, then absorbs stone and is holding the other side of the crocodile clips | |
| Kevin | Ready. |
| Gwen | Go! (discards force field) |
| Kevin clips the crocodile clips on the Ultimatrix symbol. | |
| Ra'ad | No, STOOOOOOP!! |
| A bang occurs, then the hacking has made Ampfibian revert into Ben and has separated Ra'ad from Ben's mind | |
| Kevin | Told ya. |
| Ultimatrix | System restart in progress. |
| Ben | Thanks. |
| Ra'ad | You fools, you signed all of our death warrants! He's coming, I can feel it! |
| Ben | Then we don't have any choice but to fight him together! |
| Ra'ad | You're wrong, I still have a choice! |
| Ra'ad hides in socket in form of electrical spark. | |
| Ben | So much for teamwork. |
| The storage unit shakes and Aggregor busts a hole and enters the storage unit once more | |
| Kevin | Again with with the roof, you never heard of using a door? |
| Aggregor blasts Kevin out of the storage unit, then Gwen constructs a manna shield to defend from the blast, but she ends up getting blasted back and falls unconscious | |
| Aggregor | Surrender the Amperi! |
| Ben | Sorry, he stepped out. |
| Ultimatrix | Reboot complete. All systems available. |
| Ben | (activates the Ultimatrix) You'll just have to deal with me. (slams the Ultimarix and transforms into Brainstorm) |
| Brainstorm | Brainstorm! You'll find that challenging an intellectually superior foe, often leads to complete humiliation! |
| Brainstorm opens his brain and blasts electricity at Aggregor, who absorbs it with his spear | |
| Aggregor | I couldn't agree more! |
| Aggregor blasts Brainstorm back, then advances on him while still harming him | |
| Outside the storage unit, Kevin loses his stone armor while still unconscious | |
| Kevin | (regains consciousness; groans) Ben? (groaning while trying to get up) |
| Ra'ad travels out of the electrical wire | |
| Kevin | Why are you still here? To watch? - The one guy who was dying was trying to help you in there, but that's okay with you, isn't it? I don't need to read minds to know what you think, I used to be just like you. So go, run, steal whatever time it buys you, coward! |
| After hearing what Kevin said, Ra'ad decides to go back and help Ben. | |
| Back to the real action, Aggregor is still harming Brainstorm, then he stops, leaving Brainstorm badly weakened. Brainstorm tries to generate electricity from his pincer, but he fails and falls unconscious. | |
| Aggregor | My weapon was designed to deal with electro-manipulative species, and that includes you. |
| Aggregor puts his spear on the Ultimatrix symbol and pushes it hard. | |
| Aggregor | This is the device that controls your transformations, yes? I'll change you back to what I need. |
| Brainstorm | (yelling) |
| Gwen | You're killing him! |
| Aggregor | Not until I'm completely done with him. |
| Ra'ad then travels from an electrical device, then electrocutes Aggregor from behind and bangs him into the wall | |
| Gwen | Ra'ad! You came back! |
| Ra'ad | There is no escape from Aggregor, I... could not let your friend needlessly sacrifice himself in my name. |
| Aggregor | How noble. |
| Aggregor blasts his spear beam, while Ra'ad blasts his electric beam and the beams both lock onto with each other. The Ultimatrix times out and Brainstorm reverts into Ben, Aggregor's spear beam slams Ra'ad onto the wall | |
| Ra'ad | Running out of time, get out, NOW! |
| Gwen escorts Ben out, while Aggregor continues harming Ra'ad, but Ra'ad grabs his spear and the energy beam fused with the electrical beam creates an energy wave that explodes the storage unit. Ben and Gwen manage to be safe from Gwen's manna force field | |
| Ben | (groans) Where's Kevin? |
| Kevin | (gazing at the destroyed storage unit) At least I don't have to worry about getting the roof fixed. |
| Ben | What happened to Ra'ad? |
| Gwen | Aggregor got him, like Ra'ad said he would. |
| Ben | He gave himself up for me. |
| Kevin | Guess he wasn't a total jerk after all. |
| Gwen | What do we do now? |
| Kevin | Nothing to do. Aggregor has all five of the aliens. Game's over. |
| Ben | It's not a game, and it's not over. I'm going to stop him! The Ultimatrix has scanned all five of the aliens, and I'm going to use their powers to save them! |
