Splixsons[CN 1] are a species from the planet Hathor.[1][pop-up 1][2]
Appearance
Splixsons are small, humanoid creatures about the size of a 10-year-old human child. They have whitish arms and faces, and wear different colored clothes. Their hands are large and possess four digits, and their feet three. They have three fin-like growths on their head, as well as metallic nodes on their arms, head or waist. Different Splixsons have these parts at different places. Female Splixsons have three pigtails in place of the three growths that the males have.
History
Splixsons developed their duplication abilities to avoid predators, as they are low on Hathor's food chain.[pop-up 2][2]
Behavior
Splixsons are peaceful creatures that work as farmers or artists.[pop-up 3][2]
Powers and Abilities
Splixsons have the ability to clone themselves without limits through binary fission.[pop-up 4][2] Each Splixson clone is indistinguishable from each other and operates independently, regardless of what the others want them to do. This allows Splixsons to do multiple tasks simultaneously or to cover a large area.[1]
The extended sensory nodes on the bodies of Splixsons assist in the sensory web that connects all of their clones[TNP 1] by coordinating the hive mind communication between them.[TNP 2][TNP 3] The nodes on their arms are glands that store protoplasmic DNA[Bandai 1], which is used to create their clones.
Splixson clones are capable of re-merging back into one. Furthermore, they are able to remotely pull their other clone bodies toward themselves for this purpose.[2] Splixsons can stop the duplication process before a clone comes into their independent being, creating half-formed clones with some of their clones' limbs fused and stuck to their own. Ditto used this power once to create a "ladder" of clones, where each "rail" was a continuous chain of fused arms and legs.[3] Splixson clones can also dissipate themselves at will, shown when Ditto's clones immediately dissipated themselves before they were attacked by the clones of Khyber's Panuncian.[1]
Splixsons possess enhanced durability, demonstrated when Ditto and his clones were still standing after being hit around by Dr. Animo's mutant Lepidopterran/Splixson hybrids.[2]
Splixsons can jump surprisingly high for their size; while playing basketball, Ditto slam-dunked the ball through a hoop in a way that would be difficult for an average human to jump high enough to do.[2] Splixsons are also quite agile, as Ditto was able to climb, squeeze, and maneuver his way out of reach of Khyber's Panuncian while being chased.[1]
Splixsons can quickly burrow into the ground and breathe underwater.[1][2]
Weaknesses
A Splixson's clones can be fused back together with enough force.[3]
Splixsons are at a massive disadvantage against a Panuncian due to them also possessing the ability to clone themselves.[4][1]
Splixsons can be harmed by electricity, such as when Ditto was tortured with an electrical prod by Dr. Animo while he was held captive in a container filled with water.[2]
Splixsons can be controlled by Vladats via their Corrupturas. However, Vladats cannot control all Splixson clones, as each of them are independent.[DJW 1] Furthermore, the Corrupturas will not be copied across their clones.[DJW 2]
Splixsons are not resistant to extremely cold temperatures.[1]

A Splixson's clones are independent from each other's pain in Omniverse
In the Original Series, a Splixson's clones shared a link to keep track of each other,[pop-up 5][2] making it so that if one Splixson was hurt, all the others would feel the same pain and if one Splixson got killed, the others were automatically killed as well, thus negating the ability to form an army of clones. This is no longer the case as of O Mother, Where Art Thou?, as each clone is independent from each other's pain, meaning a clone can be killed without harming the others.[DJW 3][BTP 1]
