Toby Monitor is a character that appears in Ben 10: Omniverse. He is a resident of Undertown.

Appearance

Toby has large yellow eyes with black pupils, outlined with black lines. His skin is colored dark magenta and is quite wrinkled. He has blue, egg-shaped armor and light blue metallic extremities. His claws are also blue.

History

Background

Toby has a twin brother, Kyle Monitor, who is a starliner captain. Toby feels that Kyle looks down on him for being a lowly hover-bus driver.^{[DJW 1]}

Omniverse

Toby made his first appearance in The More Things Change: Part 2, where he hit NRG and Rook who were in the tunnel battling Liam.

Toby watched the fight between Sunder and Shocksquatch in Have I Got a Deal for You.

In Rad, he was seen in the Black Hole.

In Return to Forever, he was giving a tour to humans after they learned about Undertown. However, they were attacked by Sweet-Eels Sparklefunk and Tummyhead. He was saved by Rath and Rook almost immediately, but his bus got wrecked by Rath. Later, Jimmy Jones asked if he knew anything about a person he saw in the crowd. Instead of answering, Toby only said "Take off, or I'm gonna get a rock and a melon baller and I'll have monkey brains for lunch".

In Bengeance is Mine, he watched Bill Gacks driving away from Pakmar.

In The Vengers, he couldn't stop his bus and almost knocked over Pakmar and his juice bar but was saved just in time by Captain Nemesis.

He watched Sunder wreck Sock Vendor's shop in Cough It Up.

He was part of the audience at the Golden Fist Tournament in No Honor Among Bros.

In Rook Tales, Toby met with his twin brother, Kyle, and they started to fuss about why he never calls him.
