| In Plumber Headquarters, Ben is playing a video game where he is controlling a flying plumber headquarters and shooting lasers at fleets of ships. | |
| Ben | (deep voice) Prepare to die at the hands of the Tetramand, Earth scum! (normal voice) Sorry, dude. You four-armed freaks picked the wrong sandbox to play in. |
| Skurd | (sighs) What kind of species makes light of their own destruction? |
| Ben | Who cares? This game is awesome. Now stop distracting me, I'm about to collect a kill-level bonus. |
| Skurd belches, which distracts Ben, and Ben gets eliminated in the game. | |
| Ben | Look what you did! That's it! I'm getting rid of you for good. |
| Skurd | Omnitrix DNA is the nectar of the gods. I am not going anywhere. |
| Ben walks into the downstairs experiment room with Blukic and Driba. | |
| Skurd | Hey! Now, now, look here, you. |
| Ben | Blukic, Driba, I want this over-sized booger off me! |
| Blukic and Driba then attempt to use a drilling machine, but Skurd creates a shield out of Diamondhead's DNA to break the drill. | |
| In the second attempt, Ben tries to dip Skurd into a jar with an acidic substance, but Skurd uses Heatblast's fire breath to blow on the acid, and create green smoke. | |
| Then, in the third attempt, Skurd is being hanged by a rope, while Ben is hanging by the high ground, and they pull the rope, for Ben to fall, but Skurd uses wings out of Stinkfly's DNA to fly Ben's body on the ground and protect himself safely. | |
| Skurd | Ooh, this is fun! |
| Ben | Fine, I'll get Azmuth to do it. |
| Blukic | You're going to Galvan Prime? |
| Driba | Then we're coming too. There's someone we need to visit! |
| Meanwhile, on Galvan prime, inside the Galvan Historical Museum, Vilgax and Albedo enter. | |
| Vilgax | This time, we will emerge victorious. |
| Albedo | And when we do, the annoying union between Azmuth and Tennyson will be dissolved, permanently. |
| Vilgax and Albedo take Malware's petrified statue and dissapears. | |

| In outer space, Max is flying the Skipper with Ben, Blukic and Driba inside, departing to Galvan Prime. | |
| Skurd | Where's Rook? I like him better. |
| Max | Visiting his sister at the Plumbers' Academy |
| Skurd | Hmm, I never got to say goodbye. |
| Max lands his Skipper on Galvan Prime and they all exit. | |
| Azmuth | Alright, Ben. What trouble have you brought me this time? |
| Max | Ben has a pest-control problem. |
| Skurd | I resent that. |
| Azmuth | A Slime-Biot? I've never observed one, they're thought to be extinct. |
| Luhley | Hello, Ben, Magister Tennyson. |
| Blukic | (flirting) Hiya, Luhley. You look mighty lovely today. |
| Driba | (flirting) Yeah, Luhley, you skin flares gently in the gentle afternoon sun! |
| Luhley | Hi Blukic, Driba. |
| In Azmuth's lab room. | |
| Ben | So, what's the verdict? |
| Azmuth | I can use ionic particle surgery to break the genetic adaptation bond between the two of you. |
| Ben | That sounds kind of... "ow"! |
| Skurd | You think? |
| Azmuth | Well, it's practically painless. |
| Skurd | Practically?! |
| Ben | Great, then what are we waiting for? |
| Skurd | Don't do this, Ben, I beg you. You need me! |
| Ben | In what galaxy? |
| Azmuth | Yes, Ben. Are you sure you want to do this? |
| Ben | Why wouldn't I? |
| Azmuth | Mmm, good relationships can be hard work, but it's often worth it. |
| Ben | This one isn't. |
| Scene switches to Blukic, Driba and Luhley in the Galvan Historical Museum. | |
| Driba | This place always makes me nervous. |
| Blukic | Predators don't scare me, Luhley, I'll protect you. (blushes with Driba) |
| Luhley | Blukic, you're blushing, you too, Driba. |
| Driba | It's, umm... overly warm in here. |
| Blukic | We're not, uh... acclimated to Galvan temperatures anymore. |
| Luhley | Really? It looked like one of you wanted to ask me out. |
| Blukic | What?! No. |
| Driba | Maybe him, but not me. |
| Luhley | But if you did, who would I choose? |
| Driba | Well, I, for one would promise to respect your decision. |
| Blukic | W-Whatever it might be. |
| Luhley | Get out of here! |
| Blukic | Yes, ma'am. |
| Driba | We're not worthy! |
| Luhley | No, I mean we need to get out of here and warn the others that Malware is missing! |
| Blukic and Driba | (gulps) |
| Back in the lab room, Azmuth is using an electrical conducter to electrocute Skurd, and Azmuth succees in separating Skurd from Ben's Omnitrix. | |
| Azmuth | Well, you got what you wanted, Ben, I hope you're satisfied. |
| Max | Skurd, how do you feel? |
| Skurd | Never better. |
| Azmuth uses science clips to pick up Skurd. | |
| Skurd | Hey! |
| Azmuth | (places Skurd in containment jar) This containment unit comes with a morphogenetic dampening field that will inhibit your unique abilities. |
| Skurd | Uh-oh. |
| Azmuth | Now, my eukaryotic enigma, we can examine you more closely. |
| Skurd | Um... help? |
| Luhley, Blukic and Driba enter the lab. | |
| Luhley | Azmuth, Malware's gone! |
| Ben | That's bad. |
| Driba | (carrying Galvanic flower) Here, my splendiferous gem, these are for you. |
| Luhley | Pyâra blooms? My favorite. Thanks, Driba. You're so sweet. |
| Blukic | Oh, ho, ho, it's on now. |
| Max | Listen everyone, if Malware has returned to life, we don't have much time. All of Galvan Prime could be in danger! |
| Ben | Yeah, but what's he planning? |
| In outer space, in the Chimeran Hammer, which is getting close to Galvan Prime. | |
| Albedo | Are the drones in position? |
| Vilgax | Yes. Let the attack begin! |
| Vilgax launches many Mechadroid Laser Drones at Galvan Prime. | |
| In the lab, they are watching the Mechadroids through a screen-watching device. | |
| Ben | It looks like they're attack drones. |
| Max | Azmuth, what about the defense grid? |
| Azmuth | I've strengthened the barrier since Malware's last attack, we're safe. |
| However, the Mechadroids manage to get through the defense grid. | |
| Ben | Is that supposed to happen? |
| Azmuth | No, it's not. Malware couldn't possible know about teleportation frequency manipulation. |
| Max | Maybe someone's helping him. |
| Outside Azmuth's lab, the Mechadroids arrive, and they start shooting lasers, putting the Galvan Security Officers in action, Ben, Max, Azmuth, Luhley, Blukic and Driba all exit. | |
| Ben | Time to get busy! |
| Ben slams the Omnitrix and transforms into Ghostfreak. | |
| Ghostfreak | Let the games begin! |
| Ghostfreak starts using his claws to scratch the Mechadroids and destroy them, the Galvan security officers destroy some. Ghostfreak makes two Mechadroids explode. The Omnitrix times out and Ghostfreak reverts into Ben. Vilgax and Albedo teleport in the scene. | |
| Ben | Great, my evil twin and squidface. |
| Max | Now we know who's behind these attacks. |
| Albedo activates the Ultimatrix and transforms into his true form, then evolves into Ultimate Albedo. | |
| Ultimate Albedo | Behold, my people. A hyper-evolved Galvan. I am your new master! |
| Azmuth | Hardly. |
| Ultimate Albedo | The reign of the first thinker is over, Azmuth. From now on, I am the ultimate thinker! |
| Max | Albedo wants to replace Azmuth. |
| Ben | So what's Vilgax doing here? |
| Vilgax | I have come to claim what is rightfully mine, Ben Tennyson. |
| Vilgax shows Malware (in cube form) then crushes it with his fist, and suddenly, it forms a Malware Armor around Vilgax. | |
| Vilgax | Now, give me the Omnitrix! |
Act 2
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| Vilgax | The Omnitrix, I must have it! |
| Ben | Vilgax stole Malware from the hall of predators. |
| Azmuth | And fashioned it into a morphable suit of armour, with Albedo's help, no doubt. |
| Ultimate Albedo | You think you're the smartest being in four galaxies? |
| Azmuth | Five, actually. |
| Ultimate Albedo | You're nothing! You hide in that lab of yours all day, pondering the Cosmos, hoarding it's secrets. That ends now. I'm going to tear your lab apart, and once I know the mysteries of the cosmos, I will reign supreme! |
| The Galvan security officers fire lasers at Albedo, but the latter puts up energy shields to block the attack. | |
| Ultimate Albedo | Behold, I am your superior! (blasts laser on Galvan soldier) |
| Vilgax uses Malware's powers to fire a red energy beam out of a cannon, aiming for Ben and Max, but they dodge. | |
| Azmuth | Two enemies on two fronts, three counting those drones. |
| Max | We'll need to occupy all three forces simultaneously. |
| Azmuth | Exactly, I'll lead the attack against Albedo, (to Max) you take the rest of our forces and destroy these drones. |
| Ben | What about me? |
| Azmuth | I thought that was obvious, use the Omnitrix to kick Vilgax's butt! |
| Ben | Now we're talking! |
| Ben activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Diamondhead. | |
| Diamondhead | Hey, squidface! Let's rumble! |
| Diamondhead and Vilgax run at eachother, then the former strikes first with crystal pillars, then Vilgax unleashes energy blades and tries to hit Diamondhead. Diamondhead then morphs his hands into blades and attacks Vilgax, but they end up getting chopped off by the latter, and Vilgax kicks Diamondhead back. | |
| Diamondhead | By the way, nice outfit. I didn't know Malware was in season. |
| Vilgax | So is your destruction! |
| Vilgax kicks Diamondhead high into the sky. | |
| Diamondhead | Seriously?! |
| Diamondhead then goes flying onto Galvan B and crash lands, then Diamondhead reverts into Ben. Vilgax uses mechamorph jetpack to fly to Ben. | |
| Vilgax | I warned you to hand over the Omnitrix, now I'm going to beat you senseless and take it from you! |
| Ben | You've been trying to get this for years, Vilgax. Each time, epic fail. |
| Vilgax | This time will be different. |
| Ben activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Atomix. | |
| Atomix | Let's test that theory, shall we? |
| Atomix uses atomic jet feet to fly onto Vilgax and then starts punching the latter. | |
| Back on Galvan Prime; | |
| Azmuth | Albedo's breaching our defenses. |
| Max | Vilgax and Albedo didn't just beam in here from nowhere. |
| Azmuth | They must have a ship in orbit controlling these drones. |
| Max | If I could get to it, and knock them out at the source... |
| Azmuth | Then we Galvans can concentrate on stopping Albedo. |
| Max | And I can help Ben defeat Vilgax. |
| Azmuth | Your tactical prowess is impressive, Max. There might be a little Galvan in your blood. |
| Max | It's all Tennyson, do you have a teleporter? |
| Azmuth pulls out a teleporting device, and then teleports Max elsewhere. Albedo zaps two Galvan citizens, then Ultimate Albedo reverts into his human form. | |
| Albedo | Azmuth's inner sanctum, soon, I'll be ruler of this world! |
| Albedo activates the Ultimatrix and transforms into Negative Spidermonkey, then evolves into Negative Ultimate Spidermonkey, and he starts climbing up Azmuth's lab. Three Galvan security officers go up to Ultimate Spidermonkey and blasts the latter, but Ultimate Spidermonkey blasts them back with a web shot. | |
| Scene switches to Azmuth's lab, with Blukic, Driba and Luhley. | |
| Blukic | Irresistible, the smile which she shares, that purpose created in me by your tenderness. I am he, (to Luhley) and she is you. |
| Luhley | Yeah that was beautiful. Now push that endochronometric isolator over here. |
| Ultimate Spidermonkey then climbs at the top of Azmuth's lab, in which he can see the three. | |
| Luhley | (pushing the isolator with Blukic and Driba) I got a wordsmith and a florist, how lucky am I? |
| Ultimate Spidermonkey then breaks the glass and jumps into the lab, then he reverts into Albedo. | |
| Albedo | At last, Azmuth's secrets are mine! |
| On Galvan B, Atomix blasts an atomic beam on Vilgax, then the latter absorbs the beam and fires an energy beam on Atomix, blasting him back. | |
| Atomix | Oh man, that was my best shot, and Vilgax is still standing. |
| In Azmuth's lab; | |
| Albedo | Get out of my way! |
| Luhley | There's no way we will let Galvan Prime's greatest secrets fall into the hands of a traitor! Right, boys? |
| Blukic | Yup, for sure. |
| Driba | What she said. |
| Skurd | I'd love to help, but then I'm a prisoner, aren't I? |
| Albedo | If I were you... |
| Albedo activates the Ultimatrix and transforms into Negative Rath, then evolves into Negative Ultimate Rath. | |
| Ultimate Rath | I'd rethink the situation! |
| On Galvan B; | |
| Vilgax | You can't win, turn over the Omnitrix, and maybe I'll let you live. |
| Atomix | Give up now and... I'll just go home. I'm really tired. |
| Vilgax picks up Atomix, and then kicks him high into the sky. | |
| Atomix | Not again! |
| Atomix then goes flying into the control room of the Chimeran Hammer, and Atomix reverts into Ben. Ben then sees Max typing on a panel. | |
| Ben | Grandpa? What are you doing here? |
| Max | Trying to shut down those drones, but I need more time. |
| Ben | I don't think I can stop Vilgax. |
| Max | We'll find a way Ben, somehow. |
| Vilgax | (offscreen) He can't help you. (enters Chimeran Hammer) Nothing can. Go ahead, change into any alien you wish, it won't do any good. I am unstoppable! |
| Vilgax laughs evilly, pushes Max away and grabs Ben's wrist. | |
| Vilgax | At last, the Omnitrix is mine! |
| Then, Blukic, Driba and Luhley are hiding from Ultimate Rath, who is trying to find them. The three Galvans gaze at a gun far away from them, Luhley then runs to grab the gun, but Ultimate Rath blocks it with his foot before Luhley can get it. | |
| Ultimate Rath | Don't you know that little people shouldn't play with guns? |
| Luhley | Who are you calling little? |
| Azmuth | (offscreen) Leave her alone. |
| Ultimate Rath | You're just in time, Azmuth. |
| Azmuth | For what? To watch you bully my companions? |
| Ultimate Rath picks up two big wires and plugs them onto a machine gun, then picks up the machine gun. | |
| Ultimate Rath | No, to die. |
| Ultimate Rath then blasts the machine gun on Azmuth and unfortunately, it seems to have vaporized the latter. | |
| Luhley | Noo!! |
Act 3
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| Ultimate Rath | I love the smell of vaporized Azmuth in the morning. |
| Luhley | You're a monster! |
| Ultimate Rath | And you'll obey your new master, Luhley, or meet the same fate. |
| Luhley then unleashes her jetpack and grabs the gun, then blasts it on Ultimate Rath. | |
| Luhley | Blukic, Driba, run! |
| Luhley flies out, then Ultimate Rath exits too. | |
| Blukic | (about Azmuth) I can't believe he's gone. |
| Driba | (hazard detector beeps) Blukic, my hazard detector is picking up trace amounts of electromagnetic radiation. |
| Blukic | Teleportation signatures give off electromagnetic radiation. |
| Driba | You don't think that Azmuth was smart enough to teleport himself at the exact moment he was vaporized, do you? |
| Blukic | He was, we're not. |
| Driba | Then he can still be alive. |
| Blukic | For about four minutes, after that, his atoms would degrade. |
| Driba | We have to reconstitute him. How long has it been? |
| Blukic | Three minutes, give or take a minute. |
| Vilgax | I've waited a lifetime for this. |
| Ben then kicks Vilgax's face, allowing the former to be released from his hand. Ben then transforms into Whampire. | |
| Whampire | Looks like you'll have to wait a little longer, octo-head. (hits Vilgax) |
| Max | Attaboy, Ben. |
| Luhley is firing lasers on Ultimate Rath on the ceiling, while he is chasing her. | |
| Luhley | Whatever you two are doing, do it now! |
| Blukic | How come Azmuth didn't program a return destination for himself? |
| Driba | He didn't have time, which is why he's counting on us to rescue him. Now activate the teleport beacon. |
| Blukic and Driba activate a teleport beacon machine, and then, it manages to teleport Azmuth in the scene again. | |
| Blukic and Driba | We did it!/I did it! |
| Azmuth | Took you long enough. |
| Luhley | (flies back in) You two are amazing! |
| Ultimate Rath | (sees Azmuth) Huh? No! I destroyed you! (jumps back in) |
| Azmuth | Yes, well I was smart enough to prepare for that contingency, and this one too. |
| Azmuth unleashes a device, and fires a green beam at Ultimate Rath's Ultimatrix symbol, making the latter revert into Albedo. | |
| Azmuth | I've disabled your Ultimatrix. |
| Albedo | Aw, you mean I'm stuck in this hideous form? Forever?! |
| Albedo presses the Ultimatrix, but doesn't activate since it's disabled. | |
| Azmuth | Albedo, do you know why they started calling me the first thinker? It wasn't because I'd achieved a perfect score on my G.A.T.s as a tadpole. |
| Albedo | I knew that was apocryphal. |
| Azmuth | Oh, I did, but I'm the first thinker because I always plan for every contingency. After I designed the Omnitrix, the most powerful technology in five galaxies, my first though was "gee, I should probably invent a failsafe in case some interstellar head case every gets a hold of one of these things." So I did. |
| Albedo | (yells) NOOOO! |
| Max | Hang on, Ben. |
| Vilgax hits Whampire onto the wall, then the latter punches Vilgax. Vilgax then retaliates by grabbing Whampire's hand and swings him onto the ground, then throws him. | |
| Whampire | It's no use, I need Skurd. I never should have let him go. |
| Max | I'll open a commlink to the surface. |
| Whampire gets surprised by Vilgax approaching him with an energy sword. | |
| In Azmuth's lab, while two Galvan security officers place Albedo under arrest and escort him out the room, Max sends a commlink, making a hologram of Whampire's face appear in the commlink interface. | |
| Whampire (hologram) | Skurd, you've got to help me. |
| Skurd | Say what? |
| Whampire | You were right about us, we make a great team. So if you're still listening, help me, Skurd the Slime-Biot. You're my only hope. |
| Whampire dodges Vilgax's attack. | |
| Skurd | You heard him, get me out of here! |
| Azmuth then frees Skurd from the pod and grabs him. | |
| Azmuth | I'll teleport you to Vilgax's ship. |
| Skurd | No, don't. I'm a one-celled organism, remember? Split me apart and the reconstitution process will destroy me. Also, teleporting makes me space sick. |
| Luhley | I'll fly him there. |
| Azmuth gives Skurd to Luhley. | |
| Driba | How will you get past the drones, my celestial bonnet? |
| Luhley | Very carefully. |
| Luhley flies her spaceship out of Galvan Prime, with Skurd onboard. She then dodges lasers shot by the Mechadroids. | |
| Skurd | (grunts) I left captivity for this? |
| Luhley then is flying her ship to the Chimeran Hammer, trouble is, she has some more Mechadroids shooting lasers on the ship, Luhley then evacuates her destroyed ship and uses her jetpacks to fly with Skurd instead. | |
| Skurd | You're fantastic, my dear. |
| In the Chimeran Hammer, Whampire dodges some sword attacks from Vilgax. | |
| Whampire | Skurd, where are you, buddy? |
| Vilgax | Your friend won't get here in time. |
| Luhley is then flying through the hallways of the Chimeran Hammer, with three Mechadroids following and lasers at her from behind. | |
| Skurd | Incoming! |
| Skurd jumps on Vilgax's head, surrounding his body around Vilgax's head, making the latter drop his energy sword and making it obliterate. The three Mechadroids go away. | |
| Whampire | Skurd, boy am I glad to see you. |
| Vilgax then tries to pull Skurd off of his head, two Mechadroids shoot lasers at Luhley and Max, while Max manages to shut off the Mechadroids on a computer panel. | |
| The Mechadroids on Galvan Prime also get shut down, and the Galvans cheer. | |
| Luhley | Thanks, Magister Tennyson. |
| Max | My pleasure, now that those drones are out of commission, (shoots blaster on Vilgax) it's payback time. |
| Vilgax | Stop! Tennyson! (holding Skurd in his hand) |
| Skurd manages to escape from Vilgax's hand, and the former goes up to Whampire. Whampire picks up Skurd. | |
| Whampire | I'm sorry, Skurd. You were right all along. |
| Skurd | Uh, what was that? I-I'm sorry, I couldn't quite hear you. |
| Whampire | I said I was wrong, I do need you. |
| Skurd | I know. |
| Whampire places Skurd on his Omnitrix symbol. | |
| Skurd | DNA! Mm-mmm! Yummy! |
| Whampire | Thanks for the breather, Grandpa. |
| Max | Anytime, Ben. |
| Vilgax elastically grabs Max and he disintegrates his Plumber armor. | |
| Max | Okay, people. Let's shut down this nut bag. |
| Luhley | Heads up! |
| Whampire uses his enhanced strength to force Max off of Vilgax's hand, then throws Vilgax. Skurd then gives Whampire Armodrillo arms. | |
| Whampire | This is more like it. |
| Whampire drills Vilgax, making the latter spin around, then Vilgax gets fired onto the wall, Skurd then creates Bloxx lobbers for Whampire. Whampire starts shooting brick beams on Vilgax, the latter fires a red energy beam for the former to dodge the attack. Skurd then gives Whampire Feedback arms and uses them to absorb an energy beam shot by Vilgax. | |
| Skurd | That's right. We're back. |
| Whampire punches Vilgax. | |
| Skurd | Hmm, are you thinking what I'm thinking? |
| Whampire | Yes. |
| Skurd | Goody, so we both agree to knock Vilgax into the warp core. |
| Whampire | I was thinking we could use a smoothie break, but yeah, let's go with your idea instead. |
| Whampire then uses the Feedback arms to absorb the energy from the Malware Armor. | |
| Vilgax | No! |
| Whampire then rams Vilgax onto the warp core. | |
| Vilgax | NOOOO! |
| Whampire then destroys Vilgax's energy swords, but more importantly, the warp core is about to obliterate. | |
| Max | The warp core is going to melt down. We have to get out of here. |
| Skurd discards the Feedback arms, then Whampire flies away from Vilgax. | |
| Whampire | What's happening to Vilgax? |
| Luhley | Photon radiation from the warp core breach is causing the Galvanic Mechamorph-based armour to transmute and calcify. |
| Skurd | That suit of his just became a death trap. (to Vilgax) That's what you get for threatening innocent planets, you dirtbag! |
| Max | Ben, we need to leave, now! |
| Ben | Don't worry folks, (activates the Omnitrix) I got this. |
| Ben transforms into Gravattack. | |
| Gravattack | Okay, everyone, hang on. (picks up Max and Luhley; about to fly out) |
| Luhley | Wait, Ben! Magister Tennyson doesn't have a spacesuit. |
| Skurd | Relax. I've got us covered. |
| Skurd makes a case out of Diamondhead's DNA, then Luhley opens the door and Gravattack places Max in the crystal case. Gravattack then exits the Chimeran Hammer, and suddenly, the ship presumably explodes. | |
| On Galvan Prime. | |
| Ben | (to Skurd) We're stronger together, buddy, that's for sure. |
| Skurd | I tried to tell you, but would you listen to me? No, which is why we need someone more flexible calling the shots, like me. |
| Ben | Okay, look, I can still change my mind. |
| Skurd | You have extraordinary instincts. |
| Azmuth | Driba, Blukic, I want to thank you both for being smart enough to recognize the clue left behind by my brilliant contingency plan. |
| Driba | You're welcome. |
| Blukic | How are you feeling now, boss? |
| Azmuth | Like brand new. The reconstitution process fixed my sciatica. |
| Max | What happened to Albedo? |
| Azmuth | Oh, he's keeping the city clean for the next thirty Galvan solar cycles. |
| Elsewhere in Galvan Prime, as punishment for Albedo's evil deeds, he is being forced to clean the city by digging up scrap metal. | |
| Albedo | Can I get some sunblock out here? |
| Luhley | (to Blukic and Driba) So, is one of you going to ask me out, or should I just choose? - Okay, fine, I choose... Driba. |
| Driba | Thank you, my sumptuous grail! (kisses Luhley's hand) |
| Blukic | (sniffles) I'll never love again. |
| Luhley then waves at a female Galvan doctor called Duffy who flies into the scene. | |
