Prologue
| Speaker | Dialogue |
|---|---|
| Inside the Digby Dairy factory, a guard sleeps with his feet up on his desk. | |
| Security Guard | (Snoring) |
| An alarm blares and he stumbles to his feet, grabbing a flashlight. | |
| Security Guard | (Searching the dark room) Huh. Probably some kids looking for free samples... |
| Werewolf | (Growls) |
| A claw tears the ringing alarm bell off of the wall, putting an end to the noise. | |
| Werewolf | (Sniffing) |
| The werewolf searches the factory before reaching a point in the room. It begins to tear apart the floor. It pulls up a concrete block and screams at it, grabbing the attention of the guard from the other room. The block of concrete crumbles and reveals the Mummy. | |
| Mummy | (Roars and reels back) |
| Security Guard | All right, kiddies, snack time's over. |
| With his flashlight, the guard sees the two of them standing, staring back at him. | |
| Security Guard | Whoa! |
| Purple lightning strikes the two, and the guard’s vision of them distorts before they’ve disappeared completely in a flash leaving only smoke. He stands there stunned. | |

| Speaker | Dialogue |
|---|---|
| The Rustbucket drives over a bridged road connecting islands together over long stretches of water. | |
| Radio Announcer | ...And be on the lookout on state highway “A One A”0, for a prison bus reportedly taken over by the inmates- |
| From behind the RV, a bus barges through the traffic, rear-ending the Rustbucket, and sending the seated Ben and Gwen rocking in their chairs. The bus scrapes past and overtakes the Tennysons. | |
| Ben | Those cons picked the wrong bridge, at the wrong time. |
| Max eyes Ben using the rear-view mirror while keeping pace with the bus. | |
| Max | Ben, this time we need to figure out our plan -before- you go charging off. |
| Ben cycles through the different alien silhouettes as he’s talked to. | |
| Gwen | Grandpa's right. |
| Ben | Okay, here's the plan - You guys sit back and enjoy the hero show! |
| Max | Ben, Gwen and I can help. |
| Ben | Ha ha, that's funny, Grandpa. I'm outta here. |
| Ben slams down the hero icon for Four Arms but transforms into Stinkfly. | |
| Stinkfly | Oh, man! I mean, yeah, Stinkfly's gonna bring down the pain from above! |
| Max | Ben! |
| Stinkfly flies over to the prison bus, while inside, criminals in orange crowd the front. One convict pumps his fist in the air. | |
| Convict | Next stop, freedom. |
| Stinkfly makes an awkward noise as he sticks his face in through the driver’s window, holding onto the outside. | |
| Stinkfly | Nobody gets out of jail free when this fly is on patrol. |
| The convict reels back in his seat. | |
| Convict | Oh! And I thought the prison food smelled gross. |
| The bus swerves as the driver is distracted, and Max narrowly avoids another collision with the other cars on the road. Behind the driver is another convict sporting a beard and wielding a chain. | |
| Convict | (Coughing, with teary eyes) What is that thing? |
| Convict #2 | History. |
| The bearded man sends the chain flying out the window at speed, the hook on the end of it avoiding Stinkfly as he flies out of the way. The Rustbucket hits the side of the bus again. | |
| Stinkfly | Now you see me... |
| Stinkfly projects slime all over the windscreen of the bus. | |
| Stinkfly | Now ya don't! |
| The driver is momentarily blinded before the wipers are able to clear some view. The bus steadies itself again, and its side door opens, as the chain wielding convict climbs onto the roof along with two others. Stinkfly swoops the two other convicts prone on the roof. As the two vehicles continue through dodging occasional oncoming traffic, Max presses a red button on the RV’s dashboard. | |
| Max | Extending gyro-blade! |
| The Rustbucket strip of paneling rotates, revealing glowing red circles charging up. Gwen opens the window and looks up to see the convicts back on their feet with batons, backing up the chain-thrower right as he latches onto Stinkfly’s tail and drags him back. | |
| Stinkfly | Whoa! Nyah! |
| Gwen | You don't have to do this all by yourself, you know? |
| Stinkfly | Hey, when you got the moves; use them. |
| Stinkfly uses the chain around him to restrain the three criminals on the roof by encircling them and wrapping the chain around them. | |
| Max presses another button and the red circles shoot out a lase downwards at the bus’ wheels. As he does, Stinkfly shoots goop at them too, causing the bus to careen around in circles, and knock the RV into a spiral too, the lasers going still shooting out at the road. | |
| Stinkfly pops in through the open side door, but as he goes towards the driver, another convict handcuffs him to a wall. | |
| Stinkfly | Huh? |
| Convict #3 | They sure got some butt-ugly bugs down here. |
| Stinkfly | (Shouting directly into the convict’s face) Who you calling butt-ugly? Butt-ugly! |
| The RV comes to a halt, jolting Max in his seat. | |
| Max | Ugh! |
| Max turns off the laser-system, but it has already cut the bridge, causing it to partially collapse in front of them. The bus continues at speed, being sent flying off the end of the road and into the water below, with the criminals and a screaming Stinkfly inside, Max activates a tow cable grappling hook to shoot out of the front of the RV and latch onto the back of the bus as it’s falling. The bus is caught but the passengers are thrown out smashing through the windscreen and into the waters below | |
| Convict | Swim for it! |
| The driver and the others begin swimming away, as Max and Gwen exit the RV and see them. | |
| Gwen | I don't think so. (Chanting) Aquata Risa Spackwata! |
| Water spouts from below each swimming convict, holding them in place suspended high up. | |
| Gwen | (Turning to Max, as police helicopters arrive on the scene) I meant to do that. |
| The Rustbucket is parked at a rest stop, beside some palm trees. | |
| Ben | (From inside) Hey, Gwen, get me some pretzels. |
| Gwen | Gee, Ben, I didn't know your legs were broken. Get them yourself, you lazy dweeb. (Gwen returns to typing) |
| Ben | Excuse me? Since I just took out a busload of escaped prisoners, I think I- |
| Gwen | Uh,... we- took down a bus load of escaped prisoners. |
| Ben | Pfft! Please. No offense, but you guys were just on clean-up. Everyone knows my aliens lead, you and Grandpa follow. Now, what about those-. |
| The packet being thrown in his face interrupts Ben, along with wiping away his smug smile. | |
| Ben | (Sarcastically) Thanks. |
| Max | Hey, shh. Guys, I'm trying to listen. |
| Steve | (On a TV screen above the rear-view mirror) ...Today's launch of the Noven spacecraft has been delayed by a freak electrical storm! I've covered bad weather from the four corners of the globe, and I've never seen anything like this purple lightning!- |
| Ben | But we have. |
| The three remember back to the events of Benwolf. | |
| Max | In the desert with that werewolf. |
| They also remember the events of Under Wraps. | |
| Gwen | …And on the farm with that mummy. |
| Steve | ...This is Steve Cummings reporting live from the Kennedy Space Center. |
| Max | Next stop; Cape Canaveral. |
| Inside an auditorium at the Space Centre, a projection displaying a rocket is being screened. | |
| Vicktor | ...And my redesign of the propellant tanks will increase velocity on the twin solid-rocket boosters, allowing for increased high-altitude efficiency. |
| Another slide shows blueprints for the rocket, before reaching the end and being turned off. | |
| Vicktor | The changes are already being implemented. |
| A member of the small audience addresses the man, standing up to speak. | |
| Dr. Shueman | Very impressive, Dr. Vicktor, but since you're new here, you should know once a launch is scrubbed, protocol dictates a thorough review before a- |
| Vicktor steps forward, towering over the man. | |
| Vicktor | Who are you to question my work? |
| Dr. Shueman | Well, I am the flight director of this mission. |
| Vicktor | Yes, of course. |
| Vicktor backs away before exiting the room. | |
| NASA Engineer | Not exactly Mr. Personality, but he is brilliant. I can see why you hired him. |
| Dr. Shueman | (Confused) I thought you hired him. |
| The Rustbucket arrives at the scene of the Space Centre, under an overcast sky. | |
| Ben | Okay, I go in as Diamondhead - No, wait, Four Arms! - and get to the bottom of this purple lightning stuff! |
| Max | Hold on, Ben. I may know someone who can get us inside with a little less commotion. |
| Ben | Really? Who? |
| Max | Eh, Just an old friend. |
| Inside, space memorabilia, flags and framed pictures line the hallway, as the Tennysons walk down it to meet the man who had just addressed Dr. Vicktor. | |
| Dr. Shueman | Max Tennyson! What's it been, forty years? |
| Max | (Chuckling) Give or take. |
| Dr. Shueman | Whatever happened to you? One day you were here, the next day, you were gone. Had to give your little walk to Armstrong. |
| Ben | Armstrong? Like...Apollo Eleven's Neil Armstrong? Grandpa, you were supposed to be the first man on the moon? |
| Dr. Shueman | Sure was. Does this guy look familiar? (Gesturing to a picture of a younger Max, posing in a space-suit) Best astronaut in the program. |
| Max | (Turning away from the picture, a little forlorn) A, uh, different duty called. |
| Dr. Shueman | So, what can I help you with, Max? |
| Max | Just playing tourist. Wanted to show the youngsters around the old stomping ground. |
| Ben walks down the hallway looking at all the pictures before bumping into Dr. Vicktor. | |
| Ben | Ugh! Oh, sorry. |
| Vicktor | (Raising his eyebrow at the sight of the Omnitrix on Ben’s wrist) You shouldn't be here. You bring unauthorized visitors into a classified area? ...Get rid of them. |
| Ben | What's his problem? |
| Dr. Shueman | It's kind of a crazy day, Max, with the delay and all. Maybe we should reschedule your tour. You remember the way out, right? |
| Dr. Shueman walks off, and as he rounds the corner, Max cheekily signals to Ben and Gwen to head the opposite direction. | |
| The three Tennysons walk deeper into the facility, under catwalks and by silos. | |
| Max | So, I never did wind up going into space with NASA. |
| Ben | Bummer. |
| Ben | Don't you ever regret not being the first man on the moon? |
| Max | I just took my leaps for mankind in other ways. (Max hears a door click open) Hold on. |
| Max darts into cover with the kids, and looks out to see two NASA employees going about their business, leaving one door and entering another. | |
| Max signals for them to head to the door the employees exited, and pulls out a swiss-army-like tool, which extends into two prongs, which when entered into the display, bypasses the hand-print detection, opening the door. | |
| Max | Plumber's standard issue. |
| Ben shrugs as they enter a room full of computers. Max sits himself down at one and begins typing. | |
| Max | NASA records everything. Let's see about that purple lightning. |
| Inside a walkway next to the shuttle, and protruding out from the space center, Dr. Vicktor stands by a control panel. | |
| Dr. Shueman | Dr. Vicktor, there you are. I need to speak to you about your credentials. |
| Vicktor | Hmm? Not now! |
| Dr. Shueman | Dr. Vicktor, I am your superior. |
| Vicktor | You have no idea how wrong you are. |
| Shueman backs away as Vicktor lumbers towards him, and as he does brown wrappings drop from the ceiling and tie themselves around him before pulling him up into the rafters, where the Mummy was hiding. Vicktor looks unimpressed as he’s dragged away, and turns to see the Werewolf hunched on a girder. | |
| Werewolf | (Growls) |
| Vicktor | Take care of the boy. I don't want anything to interfere with our plans! |
| The Werewolf drops down. | |
| Ben | (Yawns) Who would have thought TV could be so boring? |
| Max | (Tapping the monitor) H'yeah, these must be pre-launch images… Okay, we're on to something now. |
| Ben yawns a bit more before heading out of the room. | |
| Ben | (Yawns) You guys have your way of finding out things, and I have mine. |
| Outside under the overcast sky, Ben walks into a training module, and looks inside the room to see a pod attached to a pivot in the center of the room. | |
| Ben | Whoa, a mega merry-go-round. |
| The Werewolf drops down from above, cornering Ben into the room. | |
| Werewolf | (Roars) |
| Ben | The werewolf! |
| The villain lunges at Ben. | |
Act 2
| Speaker | Dialogue |
|---|---|
| As the Werewolf launches itself, Ben taps a handprint-scanner and with a beep, the door closes, the Werewolf caught in it. | |
| Ben | Heatblast is gonna singe that mangy fur coat of yours. |
| As the Werewolf struggles to get free, Ben runs to the other side of the room and rotates past other alien options before slamming the faceplate down on Heatblast. He instead transforms into the Mummy alien. | |
| Benmummy | The mummy? Aw, great. |
| The Werewolf gets free of the door and jumps towards Benmummy. Ben’s able to dodge a few strikes, but gets backhanded into the machine and attacked again. | |
| Back at the computer room, Max and Gwen are still going through the security system. | |
| Max | Here's the footage from when the purple lightning hit. |
| The square monitor reads “07:08:45” and shows a figure standing on the edge of the shuttle’s platform as the storm intensifies around him. | |
| Gwen | Wait. What's that? Zoom in - over there on the launch pad. |
| Gwen points to the screen and Max does as she says. | |
| Gwen | Dr. Vicktor? |
| Max | Ah. Awful big coincidence, don't you think, Ben? |
| The two turn behind them and look at the door. | |
| Max | Ben? |
| Ben is flung around the room, and as he gets back to his feet, his wrappings get caught underfoot. The werewolf approaches him. | |
| Benmummy | Whoa! How do you work these things? Uh! |
| Ben trips, and then looks up to see the werewolf grab him by the scruff and raise him up above his head. | |
| Benmummy | Hey! |
| He’s thrown against the floor again. | |
| Benmummy | Whoa! I better figure out what this thing can do, or I'm gonna wind up wolfie's chew toy. |
| Ben outstretches his hand and his fingers turn to tendrils. The werewolf dodges but Ben clamps his muzzle shut once he gets close again. Ben strains to hold it, but the werewolf grabs hold of the wraps and tears them apart, sending Ben flying backwards again. | |
| Benmummy | Whoa! |
| The werewolf jumps into the air, but Ben catches him and lassos him throw a window, as he does the werewolf bumps into a control panel and activates the module. | |
| The werewolf stalks Ben, and the two hear the machinery beep and whirr, the pod and the arm connecting it to the center of the room activate, and it rotates. Ben ducks under it after looking behind him, and the werewolf hops over it. | |
| The werewolf lands and Ben trips him by pulling his leg, he hops over the arm making another rotation, and dodges a tackle. He tries to grab his enemy but his grapples are dodged too. The machine rotates again, and Ben ducks, the werewolf instead jumps onto the pod, and tries to claw Ben as it rotates again. The next rotation Ben jumps up and grapples onto the arm, catching the werewolf’s attention before exchanging kicks. Ben is almost smeared against the now fast moving floor, but pulls himself back up. They again dodge one another’s blows before the werewolf howls a purple wave at Ben, which misses and explodes the pod behind him, blasting a hole through the module room’s wall. | |
| The arm slows to a halt and Ben hops off. As the smoke clears, Ben runs to look for the now missing werewolf. | |
| Benmummy | Where'd he go? |
| He sees a silhouette in the debris and dust and stretches his arm out to grab it. | |
| Benmummy | Gotcha! |
| Benmummy is sent flying forward by his own arm. | |
| Benmummy | Whoa! |
| Max | I don't think so. |
| Max stands holding the other end of his arm, Gwen looks down and sees the Omnitrix emblem on his shoulder. | |
| Gwen | Ben? Is that you? |
| Benmummy | (Groaning as he gets to his feet) Unfortunately. |
| Max | Oh, sorry about that, sport. Thought you were that mummy. I guess because, you know, you're a mummy. |
| Ben transforms back to human. | |
| Ben | The werewolf from the Indian reservation attacked me. He's got to still be running around here somewhere! |
| Max | I don't like it. Dr. Vicktor being around when purple lightning grounds the shuttle, then the werewolf shows up. What's next? |
| Gwen | That! |
| Gwen points upwards at the sky as another flash of purple lightning strikes. | |
| Ben | I better check this out. |
| Ben walks off in the direction of the flash. | |
| Gwen | Oh, goody, another game of "follow-the-loser". |
| Max and Gwen follow after Ben. | |
| The three tread through a gated off area full of old machinery. | |
| Max | The purple lightning came from right around here. |
| Gwen | What is this place, Grandpa? |
| Max | Well, they call it the graveyard. Rockets, thrusters, engines, capsules - you name it. From every mission - Mercury, Gemini, Apollo. |
| Max | NASA's like your Aunt Vera, ha - neither one likes to throw anything out. |
| Gwen approaches an old rusted capsule and kneels down to read it. | |
| Gwen | Grandpa, this is dated 1968, and it says, "to the brave men who so valiantly reached the heavens". |
| Gwen | …and there are initials of all the astronauts. M.T. Wouldn't happen to be Maxwell Tennyson, would it? |
| Max holds Gwen’s shoulder and speaks somberly. | |
| Max | Can't live in the past, Gwen. |
| The werewolf hops onto one of the derelicts behind them, Ben noticing and turning his head to see it. | |
| Werewolf | (Growling) |
| Ben | …And something tells me he doesn't want us living in the present, either. |
| The werewolf howls at the three, causing them to cover their ears and fall to the ground. The werewolf runs down to them as the three are on the ground. The werewolf leaps at Max, who pulls out a device and throws it, which attaches itself to the werewolf’s mouth and forms a muzzle. The werewolf struggles with it as the Tennysons get to their feet. Gwen looks at Max. | |
| Max | Plumber's standard issue. |
| A tendril wraps around and drags Gwen away. | |
| Gwen | Ahhh! |
| Gwen grabs hold of a piece of debris and turns to see the monster trying to pull her in. | |
| Gwen | The mummy... and- the werewolf? |
| Ben | Ahh! |
| Ben dodges an attempt to grab him by the mummy and runs off, but he’s not quick enough as it latches wrapping around his waist. As he’s reeled in, he hits the Omnitrix and transforms into Cannonbolt. | |
| Cannonbolt | Oh, man. What do you have against Four Arms? |
| Cannonbolt rolls into his sphere form, and as Gwen can no longer hold on, Cannonbolt rounds the corner and launches himself as the mummy is pulling them both in, hitting the mummy and knocking him off the derelict and to the floor. Gwen lands on another decommissioned craft and the mummy gets up and begins unveiling the purple glow at the center of his chest. | |
| Max | Gwen, get back! He's gonna release the Corrodium! |
| Gwen struggles to get away, but Cannonbolt lands in front of her, picking her up and smashing himself into the mummy. He drops a dizzy Gwen off before intervening in a fight between the werewolf, who had just broken free of the muzzle, and Max. | |
| Cannonbolt | Hang on, Grandpa. I'm on my way! |
| He rolls into the werewolf and throws him into another spacecraft. | |
| Cannonbolt | Back off my Grandpa, fido! |
| Purple lightning hits Cannonbolt in the back and electrocute him. | |
| Cannonbolt | Ahh! |
| As Cannonbolt falls backwards in defeat, Max turns to see Dr. Vicktor standing above them. | |
| Vicktor | I was told of the Omnitrix… but you are not the only one with the power to transform. |
| Cannonbolt and Max watch as the scientist grows two protruding metal generators out of his back, growing metal fists and feet, tearing away his lab coat and revealing a Frankenstein’s monster like form, with stitches over his body and an enlarged purple eye.. | |
| Cannonbolt | We could be in trouble. |
| Gwen looks on while hiding, having been dropped off a small distance away. | |
| Gwen | There's got to be a good rampaging alien monster spell in here somewhere. |
| Gwen looks through her magic spell book. | |
| Dr. Vicktor leaps down, the mummy and werewolf joining him, as they face off against Cannonbolt and Max. | |
| Vicktor | I want them eliminated before the launch. |
| The trio walk towards the heroes, but Gwen jumps between the two sides. | |
| Gwen | This spell's gonna blow all of you freaks out of here! Twista Combititus! |
| Gwen stretches out her hand, but nothing happens. Dr. Vicktor looks awkward while Gwen looks around confused. | |
| Vicktor | I'll show you some magic. I'm gonna make you disappear. |
| Dr. Vicktor holds his hand out as purple lightning surrounds it. | |
| Max | Gwen! |
| A bolt of lightning shoots towards the Tennysons, and a metal snake shield is formed out of debris lying around the junkyard, absorbing the energy. | |
| Gwen | That was cool! Just wish I knew how I did it. |
| The magic snake explodes away, redirecting some purple energy at a silo tower behind the Tennysons, breaking it in two and causing it to collapse on top of them. | |
Act 3
"| Speaker | Dialogue |
|---|---|
| The werewolf sniffs around where the Tennysons were crushed. | |
| Vicktor | Enough! We need to prepare for the launch. |
| The monstrous trio leave, and as they do the rubble shifts and Cannonbolt escapes. | |
| Cannonbolt | Ugh! |
| He quickly shifts some metal and pulls Max and Gwen out, transforming back into Ben as he’s holding Gwen up, causing her to drop back down. | |
| Gwen | Ugh! |
| Max | I've got a really bad feeling that they're taking the Corrodium out to that spacecraft. |
| Ben | Okay, so I'll go XLR8, stop the launch, get the Corrodium, then come back here and deal with “bolt neck” and his pals. |
| Gwen | Hello! Current events? The watch just timed out. Who knows when it's gonna let you go hero again? |
| Max | You can't do everything, Ben. We have to work as a team. Gwen and I will deal with the launch. Once the watch recharges, you have a little chat with Dr. Vicktor and company. |
| Ben nods, but Gwen sticks her tongue out. | |
| Ben | If you run into trouble, don't panic. I'll be there as soon as I can. |
| Gwen | Ooh, I feel safer already. |
| Max and Gwen walk off in one direction, as Ben sets off to follow the trio. | |
| Dr. Vicktor’s feet make a clunking sound as they walk off, Ben following behind them, unseen. | |
| As they turn around a corner, Ben loses sight of the three monsters, but he follows a clanging sound and opens a capsule door. It opens up into a deep chasm, and Ben looks down into the darkness, only hearing more metal-working sounds below. | |
| Vicktor | Are you clear on your instructions? The downlink must be aligned when projection begins. |
| The werewolf growls and follows Vicktor onto an elevator as Ben watches from his hiding place. As the elevator rises, Ben grabs hold of the underside, onto a cable. It brings them into a room above. | |
| Cables shoot out from the machine also on the elevator and plug into sockets imbedded in Dr. Vicktor’s back. They charge up the generators on his back and the electricity begins being manipulated by Vicktor, filling the room and opening a portal showing a desert landscape with. | |
| The werewolf steps towards it, and seemingly tries to fight it as he’s pulled into the portal. | |
| Werewolf | (Howls) |
| The view of the portal shows the werewolf back in the desert. | |
| Ben | Whoa. Talk about an express flight. |
| The portal closes. | |
| Inside a cave, the werewolf runs over to a giant machine with a satellite dish attached to it. | |
| Max opens a door into an empty console room. | |
| Gwen | Where is everybody? |
| Max | Let's not look a gift horse in the mouth. See if you can access the mainframe. |
| Later, Max and Gwen are still on the computers, Gwen is disappointed as the computer reads “Access Denied”. | |
| Gwen | All the overrides have been locked out. Who knew “Dr. Monster” was a computer geek? |
| Max | We're gonna have to shut it down from inside the spacecraft. |
| Max | Maybe you should stay here. You know, just in case. |
| Gwen | I seem to remember someone saying something recently like "we have to work as a team”. |
| Max | Point taken. If the Corrodium is on board, we'll need these. |
| Max pulls out two circular-devices, the containment suits from Under Wraps. Gwen and Max both suit up, the badge-like devices forming the suit around them. | |
| Max | Now we should be ready for anything. |
| The two leave, passing by two NASA workers who have been tied up and are unconscious, behind a computer console. | |
| Ben primes the Omnitrix dial. | |
| Ben | Now, if I could just get a little cooperation. |
| Ben cycles through a couple silhouettes before smacking XLR8’s and transforming into him. | |
| XLR8 | Yes! Got what I asked for! That muscle head will never know what hit him. |
| XLR8’s visor drops down and he rushes Dr. Vicktor while his back is turned. He instantly turns around and sends XLR8 flying across the room into some machinery before he can even land a hit. | |
| XLR8 | Uh! Wow, good reflexes. |
| Vicktor | You will not stop me, boy. Even with your pitiful array of weakling aliens. |
| XLR8 dodges blasts from Vicktor and gets close, but has his tail grabbed hold of. | |
| Vicktor | I'll rip you! |
| Vicktor holds XLR8 by the tail and arm above his head, but gets kicked in the face, letting him go. He screams and is once again plugged into the machine. | |
| Vicktor | These games have delayed me long enough. |
| Purple energy shoots from the machine and a portal opens behind XLR8, displaying a snowy landscape as everything is pulled into the portal. | |
| Vicktor | Enjoy your trip. |
| XLR8 runs on the spot, barely overcoming the pull. A piece of metal, the size of a rubbish bin knocks him into the air, and he quickly pivots the object to be thrown into the portal before he is. | |
| XLR8 | Sure hope this works! |
| The portal sucks the object through and closes, leaving XLR8 safe on the other side. | |
| XLR8 | Better hurry! |
| XLR8 rushes to Dr. Vicktor. | |
| XLR8 | Uh, what's he gonna do with that? |
| Vicktor | You are resilient. But your presence changes nothing. All is ready... Observe. |
| Dr. Vicktor presses down on a button and activates something. | |
| Inside the rocket, Max and Gwen are holding onto a ladder as everything begins shaking around them. | |
| Gwen | What's happening? |
| Max | Main thrusters ignition. Looks like we're going for a ride. |
| Max looks at his suit’s gloves, which have something inside the finger prints. | |
| Gwen | A ride? Where was the countdown? There's supposed to be a T-minus-whatever countdown. You know? Ten, nine, eight... |
| Max | Gwen, you just became an astronaut. |
| The rocket shoots upwards, leaving the Earth. | |
| Inside XLR8 looks up to Dr. Vicktor as electricity flows through him. | |
| XLR8 | Grandpa and Gwen! |
| XLR8 | I don't know what your plan is, but it's over, “Frankenfreak”! |
| Vicktor | Oh, it's not my plan. It's the master's... It always was. |
| Purple energy begins flowing through the inside of the ship, upwards. XLR8 looks up to see parts of brickwork from a clocktower. | |
| XLR8 | The master's? Who's the - wait a minute… I know this place! |
| Vicktor | Yes. It is where you believe you destroyed my master. You were wrong. |
| Dr. Vicktor smiles as grey blobs start floating upwards from inside and between the bricks, coalescing in the center as XLR8 gasps. As the lightning arcs around it, Zs'Skayr is reconstituted. | |
| Ghostfreak | I live! |
| XLR8 | Ghostfreak! |
| Dr. Vicktor bows. | |
| Vicktor | Master, all is prepared for your return. |
| XLR8 | How can this be? I saw him fried with my own eyes! |
| XLR8 backs up as the Omnitrix beeps and transforms him back into Ben. | |
| The spacecraft breaks off from the fuel tank as it exits the atmosphere. | |
| Max | Don't worry. The worst is over. Come on. |
| Now in zero gravity, Max and Gwen float off of the ladder and to a vault-locked door. On the other side is the mummy, as it hears them entering. | |
| Ghostfreak | You and I have a score to settle, Ben Tennyson. |
| Ben looks up, mouth agape in shock. | |
| The words ”to be continued…” reads on a black title card. | |
