| At the courtyard of a prison that was located at a shore. | |
| Dr. Animo | The time has come. Soon I, Dr. Aloysius Animo, will bring about a new world order. And they thought they could lock me up forever! |
| It is revealed that he was talking to an indifferent flock of seagulls. Two guards walk to his back as they laugh. | |
| Guard | You're not going anywhere, Dr. freak-a-mo. |
| Both guards laugh as they leave. A seagull, carrying a microchip in its beak, lands on Animo's arm and drops the component in his palm. | |
| Dr. Animo | Ignore them, my pet. For you have been exceedingly loyal, bringing the components I need. One piece at a time. |
| Animo unzips his prison jumpsuit to reveal his reconstructed transmodulator. Seagull's fly away, startled by the sudden movement of Animo. He puts the transmodulator on his head. | |
| Dr. Animo | "And now for your reward..." |
| A red energy beam shoots out of the transmodulator's antennae and starts to mutate the seagull. It enlarges in size as its feathers turn grey; its beak grows sharper alongside its talons. Multiple inmates scream in terror as the mutated seagull that Animo mounted lands. The guards attempt to stop them, but the seagull grabs two of them with its talons and flies away. | |

| Dr. Animo | With pleasure! |
| The seagull drops the guards into the ocean below as they scream. | |
| Dr. Animo | And the first thing I plan to do... is visit that snot-nosed brat... Ben- Tennyson! |

| On a beach, Max is working on one of his gadgets while Gwen is relaxing on a lounger, reading her spell book. | |
| Gwen | Ahh. It's so nice to finally get a little peace and quiet so I can catch up on my summer reading. |
| Max | Although, I can't help feeling it's a little too quiet. |
| Both | Where's Ben?! |
| People run around screaming, terrified by a surfing Ripjaws. He is first moving underwater, only his fin visible, like a shark. He then jumps out of the water with his surfboard. He crashes to the shore, destroying a sand castle. He peeks out of the sand. | |
| Ripjaws | Hey! Where's everybody going? Surf's up, dudes! |
| Max and Gwen walk up to Ripjaws, glaring at him. As they look down on Ripjaws he detransforms to Ben. | |
| Ben | What? |
| Gwen and Max are crossing their arms, frowning at a Ben sitting on a lounger. | |
| Ben | Come oon, I was just having some fun. |
| Max | So were we. |
| Gwen | Only, somehow we managed to have fun without frightening innocent people half to death. |
| Ben | Yeah, well, if I wanted to read books and build science projects, I would've signed up for dumb summer school. |
| Max and Gwen look at each other as Ben walks away. | |
| Max screws the last screw to his jet pack. Only for him to drop and break it when Ben accidentally hits him with a ball. | |
| Max | Ugh! |
| Ben | (whilst looking for his ball) Done fixing that thing, Grandpa? |
| Max | I was. |
| Gwen is sitting on a towel, reading her spell book, when Ben suddenly calls out to her. | |
| Ben | Yo, Gwen! Think fast! |
| Gwen gets knocked down by the frisbee that Ben threw. | |
| Gwen | Ah! (sits back up; annoyed) Urrrgh! |
| Ben | Come ooonn, fling it back. You need the exercise. (flexes) |
| Gwen | And YOU need to exercise some self-control! How'd you like it if someone did that to you? Ugh! |
| She throws the frisbee back at Ben. He catches it. | |
| Ben | I don't know. It'd have to be someone who doesn't throw like a girl. |
| Max yanks the frisbee from Ben just as he is about to throw it back. | |
| Ben | Hey! What's wrong with you people? Doesn't anybody around here know how to have some fun? |
| He kicks the sand in frustration but accidentally hits a rock, causing him to grab his foot as he cries out in pain and falls down. | |
| Gwen | (laughs) |
| Ben | Not funny! |
| Gwen | You're right. (laughs) It's hilarious! |
| Ben is making faces at a flock of seagulls. | |
| Ben | !!Eeeeeh! Eeeechhh! Ehhhhh! Eeh, man. Even the stupid birds on this beach don't know how to have fun. |
| The seagulls are frightened off and fly away. | |
| Ben | (chuckles) That's more like it. |
| Turns around, only to see the giant mutated seagull flying towards him. | |
| Ben | Aah! |
| He rolls away from the mutated seagull. | |
| Ben | Ready for a little air-to-air combat? Goin' Stinkfly! |
| He activates the Omnitrix and slams down the dial to transform to Stinkfly, only to transform to a new white alien. | |
| New Alien | Another alien?! Hahha. Okay! So, let's see what you can do. |
| He charges at the bird after cracking his knuckles. The mutant seagull kicks him, sending him backwards. | |
| New Alien | Ugh! I guess you're not strong. Aah! |
| The bird grabs his ankle with its beak. | |
| New Alien | Or fast! Let... go... of...(he clones into two) |
| New Alien #1 | Us? Cool! |
| Seagull is carrying the new alien #2 in its beak. | |
| New Alien #2 | Hey, c'mo- OWW! |
| The bird tries to fly away with new alien #2. But before it can, new alien #1 grabs its tail. | |
| New Alien #1 | Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Not so fast, bird-brain! |
| Gwen is reading her spellbook at a lounge whilst Max is working on his jet pack when screaming is heard. | |
| Max | (sighs) Now what's Ben up to? |
| They see the seagull spin around with one of the new aliens in its beak whilst other holds onto its tail. | |
| Gwen | (stands up; surprised) Is that Ben and... Ben?! What alien- or aliens has he turned into now? |
| Max | Looks like he could use a hand. |
| As the new aliens scream in pain whilst they continue to fight the seagull, it backs into a lifeguard post that subsequently threatens to collapse on top of two children hiding underneath. | |
| Gwen | (casts a spell) Spirius Expectorium! |
| Gwen's spell creates a small but powerful tornado to keep the post from collapsing until Max grabs the children and carries them to safety. | |
| New Alien #2 | Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! You're pinching my ankle! Ow! |
| New Alien #1 | Ow! I felt that too! Well, let's see if ya feel THIS! |
| New alien #1 plucks one of the seagull's feathers, causing it to screech in pain and release the new alien #2. The enraged seagull is about to attack new alien #1 when new alien #2 holds two feathers to divert its attention. | |
| New alien #2 | (mockingly) Missing something? |
| New alien #1 walks up next to new alien #2. The seagull chases both with anger as they laugh. | |
| New Alien #2 | Oh! Aah! |
| New Alien #1 | Whoa! |
| They look at each other and smile. | |
| Both | You thinking what I'm thinking? |
| The new aliens trick the seagull into charging to a volleyball net, causing it to get entangled. New alien #1 puts his feet on top of the seagull's beak. | |
| New Alien #1 | That's right, turkey. |
| New Alien #2 | (sits on top of the seagull's beak) Nobody messes with... |
| They stand up and side hug each other. | |
| Both | Ditto! |
| The seagull rips the net apart, freeing itself and sending the Dittos flying. | |
| Both Dittos | Aw! Ow! |
| The seagull flies away. | |
| Gwen | Good one, doofuses! Now we'll never know where that thing came from. |
| Max | I've got a pretty good hunch it's the work of our old nemesis - Dr. Animo. |
| Gwen | (sits down; sighing) Guess that's the end of our fun day at the beach. |
| Ditto | Yeah, well, maybe your fun's over... |
| Ditto #2 | But my fun is just starting. |
| The Omnitrix times out and Dittos turns back into Ben. | |
| Ben | (disappointed) As soon as the watch recharges. |
| Gwen is relaxing on a lounger, reading her magic book. Ben suddenly transforms into Ditto and leaps over her while playing football with another Ditto, startling her. | |
| Ditto | Woo-hoo! |
| Gwen glares at the Dittos as they keep tossing the football to each other from over her. | |
| Gwen | The only thing more obnoxious- (She ducks to avoid the football) -than one Ben Tennyson alien- (ducks again) -is TWO of them! |
| She creates a force field to deflect the football, sending it flying away. Ditto #2 runs after the football and suddenly sees Max standing in front of him, with hotdog and drink in hand. He rams into him. | |
| Ditto #2 | (chuckles) |
| Max | (after Ditto #2 makes him spill a hot dog) Benjamin Tennysons! |
| Gwen and Ditto approach them. | |
| Ditto | Okay. We're sorry. |
| Ditto #2 | Yeah. "We" won't bother Gwen anymore. |
| Gwen crosses her arms and glares suspiciously at the Dittos only to be surprised by a third Ditto behind her throwing a water balloon to back of her head. | |
| Gwen | Ooh! |
| Dittos | But we didn't say anything about him! |
| Other Dittos laugh as Ditto #3 splits in two. | |
| Ditto #3 | (to Ditto #4) Ooor him! |
| The four Dittos group together as Gwen looks at them, worried. | |
| Ditto #1 and #2 | Play you guys some two-on-two? |
| Ditto #4 nods and they run off. Gwen crosses her arms and with Max they give them annoyed looks. | |
| Dittos are playing basketball on a court. Ditto #1 tries to score but fails and the ball bounces off. Ditto #4 catches the ball but Ditto #2 hits him from the side and then grabs the ball. He then dunks it whilst his tongue is out. He casually bounces the ball as he walks. | |
| Ditto #4 | T! (makes a T-shape with his arms) You fouled me! |
| Ditto #2 | Did not! |
| Ditto #3 | Liar! I felt it too! |
| Ditto #3 takes the ball from Ditto #2. | |
| Ditto #2 | How can I foul you, nimrod? We're on the same team. |
| Ditto #1 | No, you're not. I'M on your team. |
| Ditto #4 | Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. So, who's on MY team? (Ditto #3 throws the ball to his head) Ugh! |
| Ditto #3 | I am, dipstick! Now get the ball! |
| Ditto #4 | (pushes Ditto #3) YOU get it! |
| Dittos #3 and #4 start fighting. | |
| Ditto #2 | Hey, break it up! |
| Ditto #1 | Fine. I'll get the ball. |
| Ditto #1 gets the ball in the water, only to suddenly encounter Dr. Animo standing on the tentacle of his Mutant Sea Monster, wearing a diver suit with a spherical container on his back. | |
| Ditto | Animo? |
| Ditto throws the ball back into water and tries to run away but the mutated octopus grabs him with its tentacle. | |
| Ditto | Oow! |
| Dr. Animo | Tennyson! Hmm... it seems that watch of yours is just chock-full of new alien DNA. |
| The octopus drops Ditto inside the container. | |
| Dr. Animo | And I'll enjoy extracting all of it from you... as painfully as possible! |
Act 2
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| Ditto #2 | Cheater! |
| Ditto #3 | I know you are, but what am I? |
| Ditto #4 deliberately kicks a rock in the sand, causing himself and the other Dittos to yelp in pain. | |
| Gwen | (giggles) Having fun yet? |
| Dittos | It's not funny! |
| Gwen | You're right. It's three times funnier. |
| Max | (scratching his head) Wait...weren't there four of you? |
| The Dittos look around anxiously. The Tennysons suddenly notice Animo's octopus leaving with the Ditto he took earlier. | |
| Max | We got trouble...with a capital "A" for Animo. And unless I miss my guess, he's got your missing Ditto in the cocoon. |
| Dittos | This is YOUR fault! |
| The Omnitrix glows red a few times, but nothing happens. | |
| Gwen | Um...shouldn't you be turning back into Ben right about now? |
| Max | Something must be blocking the DNA transformation process. |
| Gwen | Maybe all the Dittos have to be together before he can become Ben again. |
| Dittos | (looking at each other) We gotta get back the other me! (They all run in different directions) |
| Gwen | Huh. This could take a while. |
| We fade to a disabled oil tanker, then see the shadow of a giant Mutant Sea Monster move under the tanker, taking Dr. Animo to his hideout where the Seagull is waiting. After Dr. Animo gets off its tentacle, the Mutant Sea Monster takes the container in Dr. Animo's back by wrapping the tip of its tentacle around it. | |
| Dr. Animo | (to the Mutant Sea Monster) Careful, my pet. We don't want to damage our prize. |
| The squid opens the pod and drops the Ditto. | |
| Ditto | Aah! |
| The seagull, remembering their earlier fight, screeches and threatens to attack Ditto. | |
| Ditto | (mockingly) What's the matter, buzzard-beak? Scared I'll pluck out some more feathers? |
| Dr. Animo | (steps in between them) NO! We need the specimen alive! |
| Ditto tries to run for it, but his path is blocked by the squid's giant tentacle. | |
| Dr. Animo | With your DNA, the things I'll create will make these creatures look like single-celled amoebas! |
| Fade to table displaying various tools. Animo picks up a cattle prod and tortures Ditto, who is trapped in a tube full of water, with it. | |
| We then cut to the Tennysons on a sailboat, where the Dittos yelp in pain. | |
| Dittos | Aah! You just feel that zap? |
| Ditto #2 | The other me is in trouble! |
| Ditto #3 | But if something happens to him... |
| Ditto #4 | What happens to us?! |
| The Dittos take it from Max and fight over the wheel. | |
| Ditto #2 | Can't you go any faster? |
| Ditto #3 | No backseat drivers! |
| Ditto #4 | Driver? No way! |
| Gwen and Max shake their heads, dumbfounded. | |
| We swipe to Dr. Animo observing Ditto's cells through a microscope as Ditto bangs on the tube. | |
| Dr. Animo | It's better than I ever imagined. With a single strand of your alien DNA, I can extrapolate the genetic code for your entire arsenal of alien creatures. |
| Ditto taunts the seagull, egging it to attack him. | |
| Dr. Animo | I thought I told you NOT to damage the specimen! |
| The seagull backs off as Animo returns to his study, where he observes the alien cells divide. | |
| Dr. Animo | Truly amazing! Limitless cloning capabilities! |
| Cut to the Tennysons' boat. | |
| Ditto #2 | Can't this go any faster? |
| Max makes some adjustments to his jetpack. He then spots the oil tanker near the horizon. | |
| Max | Good thing we have a few extra hands on deck. Now head for that oil tanker. It's the only way offshore. |
| Ditto #2 salutes and changes course. In doing so, the other Dittos tumble into each other and drop a sail on top of them. | |
| Ditto #3 | Ow! Cut it out, dweeb! |
| Ditto #4 | You're the dweeb! |
| Ditto #3 | Am not! |
| Ditto #4 | Are too! |
| Ditto #2 | Aw, man. What is with those two? They're making me nuts! |
| Gwen | That's because they're all you. |
| Cut to Animo's lab where Ditto continues to taunt the seagull. | |
| Ditto | Too scared to fight me? Are you a seagull or a great... big... chicken? (clucks) |
| The seagull loses its temper and charges the tube, breaking it and releasing Ditto. Dr. Animo falls down because of the water flowing out of the tube. | |
| Ditto | (jumps on top of the seagull) Woo-hoo! Thanks, bird-brain! |
| Cut to the Tennysons' boat approaching the tanker | |
| Dittos | He's close! I can feel it! |
| The Omnitrix starts beeping and the Dittos are suddenly pulled off the boat and float towards the tanker. | |
| Dittos | Not again! (screaming) |
| Cut to the deck of the tanker where Ditto is fleeing from the squid's tentacles when suddenly he also starts floating towards the other Dittos. They merge, fall into the ocean and detransform to Ben. | |
| Ben | Whoa! I'm me again! |
| The seagull appears and reaches for Ben with its left claw. | |
| Ben | Aah! |
Act 3
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| The seagull flies off, carrying Ben in its talons. | |
| Ben | (grunts) As soon as my watch recharges, you are so fried! |
| With his jet pack, Max rams into the seagull, releasing Ben and sending him plummeting down. | |
| Ben | Yaaaah! |
| Gwen | Zaphirious Expectorium Perpetua! |
| A tornado, magically created by Gwen, breaks Ben's fall and places him safely on the boat. | |
| Gwen | And you thought reading books was a waste of time. |
| Ben | Okay, so maybe you're not as boring as I thought. |
| The seagull attacks the boat and breaks the mast, landing the sail on top of Ben and Gwen. The cousins smirk at each other as if they just got the same idea. The seagull starts chasing Max until Gwen neutralizes it with another tornado. It is then revealed that the cousins have created a makeshift glider, propelled by Gwen's magic tornado, as they soar through the sky. | |
| Ben | Hey, Grandpa! Take a lesson in double-teaming from the experts. |
| The seagull recovers and starts chasing the entire family. Gwen speeds up and tricks the seagull into ramming a crane on the oil tanker, allowing Max to ram the beast into the ocean. The family lands on the tanker. | |
| Max | Now, that's what I call teamwork. |
| The Tennysons are suddenly cornered by the squid's tentacles. | |
| Gwen | Uh-oh! |
| Ben | I'm on it! |
| He selects Ditto on the Omnitrix and presses the button, only to turn into Upgrade. | |
| Upgrade | Upgrade? Aw, man. I wanted to go Ditto. |
| The squid's tentacles wrap around Upgrade, hoists him up, and tries to rip him apart. | |
| Upgrade | (groans) Okay, this is starting to hurt! |
| Gwen | Pardicitus Metalerca! |
| Her spell causes a large metal bin to drop from a crane on top of one of the squid's tentacles, causing it to react in pain and release Upgrade. Max rams one of the tentacles. | |
| Max | Pull yourself together and give us a hand! |
| Upgrade | (groans) Working on it. |
| Gwen | Work faster! Zaphirious Expectorium Perpetua! |
| She creates another tornado to repel the tentacles. Upgrade merges with a crane and uses its steel cables to restrain the squid's tentacles. | |
| Upgrade | This fast enough for you? |
| He electrocutes the squid, forcing it to retreat. The Omnitrix then times out and Upgrade turns back into Ben. Ben falls down but is caught by Max. | |
| Ben | That was fast. Guess going Ditto took a lot out of the watch. |
| Dr. Animo | He is not the only one who took a lot out of your watch! |
| Animo emerges from the cargo hold mounting a mutated Lepidopterran/Splixon hybrid. | |
| Dr. Animo | You see, I have already incorporated its power into my own transmutation technology. Now I will lead this planet in a glorious new phase of evolution! |
| Ben | Oh, yeah? You and what army? |
| Dr. Animo | This one! |
| The hybrid starts to clone itself as the Tennysons look on in horror. | |
| Dr. Animo | And this is merely the beginning. Soon I will replicate all of your aliens and populate the Earth with a whole new variety of species. But first...a show of strength to silence those who would dare oppose me. And I think leveling a beach town or two will get my point across. (he flies off with his hybrids) |
| Max | We have to stop him before he wipes out the whole coastline! |
| Gwen | There's too many of 'em. |
| Ben | Then let's make some more of us! (the Omnitrix beeps) Yes! We're in the green! About time this thing started working the way I wanted it to. (he turns into Ditto) |
| Gwen | Haven't you guys done enough damage? |
| Dittos | No...way! (they high-five each other) |
| Cut to Animo leading his hybrid army. We pan out to reveal the Dittos riding Gwen's makeshift glider with Max flying right beside them | |
| Dittos | Now! (they jump off, replicating as they do) It's all for one, and one for all! |
| The Dittos are knocked back by the hybrids, sending them falling to the ocean where they fuse into two Dittos, until Gwen swoops down to pick them up. | |
| Gwen | Remember on the beach when one of you stubbed your toe? You all felt the same thing. |
| Dittos | We still do. |
| Max | So if we destroy just one of those Stinkfly copies... |
| Dittos | It'll be like destroying them all! Now...which Stinkfly do we attack? |
| Gwen | (smacks her forehead in frustration) It doesn't matter! Just pick one! |
| The Dittos drop down and jump from hybrid to hybrid until they reach the one Animo is mounting. | |
| Dr. Animo | Aah! What's going on? (he turns around to see the Dittos restraining the hybrid's wings) You! |
| Dittos | Your ride's over! |
| Dr. Animo falls into the ocean as the hybrid plummets into a motorboat and explodes on impact. The rest of the hybrids subsequently dissolve into slime. | |
| Dr. Animo | No! Nooo! |
| Ditto | Okay, time for a little... |
| Ditto #2 | One- |
| Ditto #3 | On-one. |
| We widen to reveal 27 more Dittos, who all dog pile on Animo, with the main Ditto on top. | |
| Ditto | Make that one-on-none. |
| Fade to Animo being put into a police wagon that drives away as the Tennysons look on. | |
| Gwen | You think he'll stay in prison this time, Grandpa? |
| Max | Even if he does escape, I deleted all his computer files. So, he won't be replicating any more Omnitrix DNA. |
| Ben | Neither will I for a while. I'm all Ditto'd out. From now on, we can have fun your way, guys. |
| Gwen | Okay. Race you to the beach! (she runs toward the beach with her glider and casts a spell) Zaphirious Expectorium Perpetua! (flies off) |
| Max | (activates his jet pack) You're on. (flies off) |
| Ben | Hey! Hey, guys? Wait for me! Aw, man. Where's Stinkfly when you need him? Or XLR8? Ripjaws? Hello? Anybody? |
