| Night, inside Kevin's Garage, Kevin places a banana onto a Teleporter Pod while Gwen and Ben watch. | |
| Gwen | (offscreen) This is a very bad idea. (onscreen) I mean, we don't even know how to work a Teleporter Pad. |
| Kevin | Got to start somewhere. |
| Gwen | Ben, tell Kevin this seems like a very bad idea. (looks around) Ben? Are you hiding? |
| Ben steps out from behind some boxes. | |
| Ben | No, it's just... if a fly lands on that banana when it teleports and it re-materializes as a deadly banana-fly monster, I don’t want to be standing right next to it, is all. |
| Kevin | Don't see the big deal, Tennyson. (flips switches and presses button) Didn't you used to turn into an insect all the time? |
| Ben | That was different. |
| Kevin | Here we go. |
| Kevin presses a button, activating the Teleporter Pod. The banana floats into the air and is hit by the Teleporter's blue lightning and disappears. The banana shortly returns brown, smoking, and explodes. The Teleporter Pod starts the spark afterwards. | |
| Kevin | That's not good. |
| Ben | Turn it off before it blows! |
| The control panel also begins arcing. | |
| Kevin | It's too hot! |
| Ben | (activates Omnitrix) I know who can take the heat. |
| Ben slams on the dial and turns into Swampfire. Swampfire steps to the control panel in front of Kevin, which explodes. The trio look on as the Teleporter Pod sparks more and more. | |
| Swampfire | Open the door! |
| Swampfire runs to the Teleporter while Gwen fires a Manna ball at the garage opener button on the wall, opening the door. Swampfire rips the Teleporter Pod off the ground and throws it outside, causing pieces of it to break off. | |
| Swampfire | Everybody down! |
| A white light glows from the cracks in the Teleporter Pod before it explodes. | |

| After the smoke clears, the trio get up as Swampfire reverts back to Ben. | |
| Ben | Everyone alright? |
| Kevin | Forget that! What about the Teleporter Pad?! (runs over to the Teleporter) |
| Gwen | Deep down, he's really glad we're okay. |
| Ben and Gwen walk to the broken Teleporter Pod, Kevin crouching to inspect it. | |
| Kevin | It's totally trashed... (lays head on Pod) |
| Ben | At least we don't have to worry about banana-fly monsters. (Gwen gives him a disapproving look) I'm just saying... |
| Kevin | I know a kid, might be able to fix it. |
| Gwen | Fix alien tech? |
| Kevin | He's a total super-genius with any kind of machinery, doesn't matter if it's human or alien. I'll bring Cooper over from his lab. |
| Ben | Cooper? Pasty kid? |
| Gwen | Blonde? Bad haircut? |
| Ben | Had a big crush on Gwen? (Gwen elbows him) Ow! |
| Kevin | Sounds like the same guy. (to Gwen) But, uhh, who wouldn't have a crush on you. |
| Ben | He helped us out once back when we were kids. You shoulda told us you knew him. |
| Kevin | Didn't exactly come up. |
| The trio walk to Kevin's Car. | |
| Ben | You didn't think a kid with the ability to manipulate alien tech would’ve been helpful against the DNAliens? |
| Kevin | It’s possible I know two or three people I haven’t told you about, Ben. Anyway, if you’re so smart, why didn’t you think of him before? |
| Ben | (beat) Okay, that’s a fair point. Let’s go. |
| The trio are in Kevin's Car as they pull up to Cooper's house and exit. | |
| Gwen | I thought you said we were going to Cooper's lab? |
| Kevin | We are. (the trio walk to the front door) So, Gwen? Excited to see your ex? |
| Gwen | Zip it. (to Ben) You had to mention the crush? |
| Ben | Probably not... |
| Now inside the house, the trio open the door to the basement. | |
| Gwen | (to Kevin) Why break in? Couldn't we have just left a message with Cooper's folks? |
| Kevin | Because Coop never leaves his lab. Never. Something's seriously wrong. |
| The three walk down the steps into the dark basement. | |
| Ben | He probably just went out for a– |
| Kevin turns on the lights, revealing it full of equipment, monitors, and empty pizza boxes and smoothies. | |
| Ben | |
| The trio split up and search the lab. | |
| Gwen | Wow... (reveals a dirty undershirt) He really never leaves the lab. (drops shirt) |
| Kevin | Look for signs of a struggle. |
| Ben | This whole place looks like a struggle. |
| Ben steps on a slice of pizza on the floor. Holding onto that leg, he keeps his balance leaning on the table, accidentally grabbing what looks like a hair-dryer mixed with a flashlight. Ben pushes the devices button, causing the flashlight part to start rapidly spinning. | |
| Ben | Aah! |
| Ben presses the button again to turn it off, to no avail. Ben points the device at one of the monitors, causing a beam of light to shoot out at the monitor, causing it to show static on the screen. Soon, all the monitors in the basement are showing static on them. The static clears to show a message from Cooper. | |
| Cooper | (VO) If anyone finds this recording– |
| DNAlien | (VO; scream) |
| In the recording, Cooper is chased by DNAliens. He knocks down a box to slow them down, to no avail. Running to the stairs, Cooper is cut off by a DNAlien's spit sticking him to the floor. He is soon surrounded by DNAliens, who grab him and teleport away. | |
| Cooper | No! Nooo! |
| The recording ends. | |
| Ben | There you go. Signs of a struggle. |
| Kevin | Smart kid. Left behind a 'message in a bottle' so someone would see what happened to him. |
| Ben | Gwen, can you track Cooper? Figure out where they took him. |
| Gwen | Probably. His energy resonance is really strong here. |
| Gwen's eyes and hands glow with Manna as she casts a locator spell. After a moment, her eyes turn to normal. | |
| Gwen | Got him. I can take us right to Cooper. |
| Kevin | In other words, you're 'attracted' to him. |
| Gwen | Can we just go?! |
| The trio are out of their car, right in front of a familiar base... | |
| Ben | Los Soledad? Cooper's trail led us here? |
| Kevin | Deserted, at least last time we were here there was a monster to fight. |
| Gwen | I don't get it. I did everything right. |
| Kevin | Well, love is blind... and apparently it screws up your powers, too. |
| Gwen | My powers are not screwed up! My instincts are telling me Cooper's definitely nearby. |
| As the two bicker, Ben walks towards the hole in the wall. | |
| Ben | Sorry, Gwen, but there's nothing here except– |
| Ben walks through the hole, disappearing into thin air. | |
| Gwen | Ben! |
| Gwen & Kevin rush over to the hole. | |
| Kevin | Tennyson, where–?! |
| Ben's head and arm poke back into visibility, amazed. | |
| Ben | You have got. To see. This. |
| Ben beckons the two to follow him, which they reluctantly do. Inside the abandoned military base, it is cold, snowing, and with a swarm of DNAliens working out of a new, alien building. | |
| Ben | It's DNAlien day-camp. |
| The DNAliens are working 'round-the-clock, one taking a slab of metal onto their hover minecarts and driving towards– | |
| Kevin | Three of those Weather-Control Towers. This can not be good. |
| Gwen | And whatever it is... Cooper's right in the middle of it. |
Act 2
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| Kevin | That cloaking field is hiding the whole city. Where'd they get a rig powerful enough to do that? |
| Ben and Gwen give him a look. | |
| Kevin | Right. Cooper built it for him. |
| Gwen | (looks forward) Everybody down! |
| The trio crouch behind the metal object they were hiding from, going unnoticed by DNAliens moving past on their hover-carts. The trio peek out from the alien device. | |
| Ben | With that shield up, these guys don't have to worry about anyone seeing them building... |
| Ben sees a giant quartz arch being built. | |
| Ben | (offscreen) ...whatever that thing is. (onscreen; to Gwen) You still have a fix on Cooper? |
| Gwen's eyes glow with Manna for a moment. | |
| Gwen | He's not far. |
| Kevin | Got any spells that'll give us cover so we can get to him. |
| Gwen | They're not spells. |
| Kevin | That's a 'no,' then. |
| Ben | C'mon. (he runs offscreen, Gwen and Kevin follow) |
| Just behind two DNAliens tapping on a tablet, the trio run behind a building and into an alleyway. | |
| DNAlien | (offscreen; alien language) |
| Gwen stops the others as they hear the chatter. A DNAlien is signalling an offscreen DNAlien, not noticing the trio behind him. Behind the trio themselves, another DNAlien is driving a hover-cart. | |
| DNAlien | (alien language) |
| The signalling DNAlien is passed by a DNAlien carrying steel beams on a hover-cart. The hover-cart DNAlien stops the cart and looks ahead to where we last saw the trio. | |
| DNAlien | (alien language) |
| The DNAliens see the alleyway completely empty. The DNAlien abandons their cart as the two DNAliens move out. Directly above them, the trio is sitting on the roof, save for Gwen, who is standing on Manna platforms. The trio lower themselves back into the alley before running to right outside a door to a shed. Nodding to each other, the trio sneak in with Gwen's eyes glowing in search of Cooper. Kevin closes the door just before another DNAlien in a hover-cart passes by. The trio, led by Gwen, walks down a hallway. | |
| Kevin | (whispers to Ben) Why don't we just yell out, "Hey Cooper"? |
| Ben | (whispers) And have four thousand DNAliens crawling up our butts? Good plan. |
| Ben walks ahead of Kevin, who catches up to the cousins at the end of the hallway. Gwen's hands touching the door. Gwen's eyes stop glowing. | |
| Gwen | (whispers) In here. |
| Ben steps in front of her and almost touches the handle, before Kevin interrupts. | |
| Kevin | (whispers) And if there's four thousand DNAliens behind that door? Good plan. |
| Ben pulls back, activates the Omnitrix, and turns into Goop. | |
| Goop | Goop! |
| Goop drops himself into a puddle, before diving towards the space under the door. | |
| Gwen | Cool, but gross. |
| On the other side of the door. Part of Goop pulls himself up and manifests an eye that scans the room. He sees Cooper assembling something out of a brass-colored metal with his technopathy while two DNAliens watch over him. | |
| DNAlien | Careful with those Varcidium pieces, human! They're priceless. |
| Cooper levitates another piece of Varcidium, which scrapes against each other and causing... | |
| RIIIIIING | |
| The DNAliens double over in pain, clutching their ears. | |
| DNAliens | (screams) |
| Cooper notices Goop watching them and drops the Varcidium, causing it to fall apart. The DNAliens get up. | |
| Cooper | I-it was an accident. |
| DNAlien | Clumsy child! You'll pay for that! |
| As the DNAliens surround Cooper, Goop appears and rises between Cooper and the DNAliens. | |
| Goop | No. Hitting. |
| DNAlien | Intruder! |
| Goop stretches his body and wraps his gooey mass around the DNAliens and smashes their heads together, knocking them out. Kevin punches open the door, now coated in metal. | |
| Kevin | Cavalry's here! (notices the guards are unconscious) ...Not that you uh, need it or anything. |
| Cooper notices Gwen's presence. | |
| Cooper | Gwen! You totally came to my rescue. |
| Goop transforms back into Ben. | |
| Ben | Yeah. Excellent work there, Gwen. |
| Cooper | She's wonderful. |
| Kevin grabs Cooper's arm and drags him away. | |
| Kevin | Let's go, lover boy. |
| The four are outside running along one of the walls of a building. | |
| Cooper | (panting) I... gotta... rest... |
| Kevin | Ever think about getting a treadmill? |
| Ben | We can't stay long. We've got to get outside the shield before they realize Cooper's missing. |
| Cooper stares into Gwen's eyes. | |
| Cooper | The way you came storming in there... like how Princess Elena rescued me last week from the Caverns of Unforgiving Dismay. |
| Gwen | Excuse me? |
| Cooper | In 'Nations of Conquest'. The MMORPG I play. |
| Gwen | (beat) Excuse me? |
| Cooper | Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. |
| Kevin | Yeah, Gwen, and your power is being +3 nerd bait. |
| Ben | Guys, this is serious. It's the biggest DNAlien plan we've ever seen, and as long as their cloaking shield's up, they can work 24/7! |
| Cooper | I'm the one they forced to build the cloak projector. Shutting it down shouldn't be too hard. |
| Ben | Then that's what we're going to do. |
| Gewn | But we've been lucky so far... Sooner or later, they're bound to spot us. |
| Cooper | That's not a problem, either. |
| Ben | Because? |
| Cooper | Well, before I built the big Cloaking Projector, I built a smaller one first. (pulls out a mini Cloaking Projector) A-a prototype. The field it generates is enough to cover all of us... if we squeeze together (blushes) really tight. |
| Gwen | Oh, for the love of- |
| Kevin | (pushes them together) Let me help you out there, Gwen. |
| Cooper | Here we go. |
| Cooper activates the mini projector, turning them invisible. | |
| Ben | I don't feel invisible. |
| Cooper | Follow me. |
| Stepping back into the streets, the four almost run into a DNAlien riding a hover-cart. | |
| Gwen | (whispers) Oh no! |
| The four back up against the wall, allowing the DNAlien to pass without noticing them. | |
| Ben | (whispers) Score! Nice work, Cooper. Now let's get to the big cloak. |
| Cooper nods, and the for run across the streets. | |
| A crowd of DNAliens are working. | |
| Kevin | (VO; whispers) Hey, Coop, think about it, the damsel rescued you, now you get to be the knight that saves the day. |
| Gwen | (VO; whispers) Jealous much, Kevin? |
| Kevin | (raising his voice) I'm not–! |
| Ben | (VO; whispers) Shh! |
| A DNAlien turns to the noise's source, but spots nothing. | |
| Ben | (whispers) The cloak keeps us from being seen not heard, so– |
| The Cloaking Device begins to spark. | |
| Cooper | Uh-oh! |
| Ben | Uh-oh? |
| The Cloaking Device is deactivated, restoring the four's visibility. | |
| Cooper | There's always a f-few bugs in a prototype... |
| Cooper drops the sparking prototype, which promptly explodes, alerting the DNAliens to them. | |
| DNAlien 1 | Who are they? |
| DNAlien 2 | What are they doing here? |
| DNAlien 3 | Get them! |
| The DNAliens slowly surround the four. | |
Act 3
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| Kevin | There's nothing around here for me to touch! |
| Two DNAliens rush and grab Kevin, while a third grabs Cooper by his shirt. | |
| Kevin & Cooper | (grunts) |
| Ben | Don't worry, I'll just- |
| Ben's attempt to activate the Omnitrix is foiled when he is grabbed by a DNAlien and held by several in the crowd. | |
| Ben | No! (grunts) |
| Two DNAliens walk towards Gwen, who throws Manna discs to send them flying and onto the ground. The other DNAliens look at them, before the rest of the crowd runs at Gwen. | |
| DNAlien | (alien scream) |
| Gwen | There's too many of them! (throws more Manna discs) |
| Ben | Keep firing, Gwen! (grunt) You're our only chance! |
| Gwen throws more and more Manna discs at the crowd, only for a DNAlien to tackle her from the roof. | |
| Kevin & Cooper | Gwen!/No! Don't hurt her! |
| The DNAlien stands back up with Gwen restrained. | |
| Gwen | I'm okay... |
| Highbreed | (offscreen) Only because you’re worth slightly more to me alive (onscreen) than if I had allowed them to tear you limb from limb. Now then, (to Cooper) you're going back to work for us. |
| Cooper | I won't do anything for you! (grunts) |
| Cooper pulls his shoulder free from the DNAlien's grasp. | |
| Highbreed | You'll do just what I say, (offscreen) or your friends will pay the price. |
| Kevin | Actually we're not all that close. |
| Highbreed | Is that what you want, human? (touches Gwen's face) For your friends to pay? |
| Cooper | Get your hands off her! I'll do it. I'll do anything. |
| The Highbreed pulls back his hand. | |
| Cooper | Then get back to work! |
| The trio are pushed into a storeroom, where the DNAliens lock them in. Ben walks around the room and inspects the equipment. | |
| Kevin | Sooo now you go Humungousaur and get us out of here. |
| Ben | Even Humungousaur wouldn't last against all those DNAliens. |
| Gwen | Plus, they'd just use Cooper against us like they used us against him. |
| Kevin walks to the door and looks outside the slot in the door, where several DNAliens are working. | |
| Kevin | That is a lot of guards... |
| Ben | Kevin, touch this piece of - What did they call it? - Varcidium |
| Kevin | Why? |
| Ben | I'll show you. |
| Kevin obliges, coating himself in the Varcidium as Ben activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Echo Echo | |
| Echo Echo | Echo Echo! |
| Just outside the door, a DNAlien is standing guard. Gwen walks up to the door's slot. | |
| Gwen | Excuse us... (the DNAlien turns) Hi. There's no bathroom in here and I really have to go. (closes door slot) |
| The DNAlien unlocks the door, only for Kevin to kick it open, knocking out the DNAlien. Kevin is carrying Echo Echo in a headlock with Gwen right behind them. They stop and see the crowd of DNAliens right in front of them. | |
| Echo Echo | Now! |
| Gwen blasts Kevin with energy, causing his Vircidium coating to vibrate, which Echo Echo uses to enhance his sonic scream, causing the DNAliens to collapse, one of them even vomiting. The trio run past (Echo Echo getting a piggy back ride from Kevin) and head outside. | |
| Kevin | (to Gwen) Did you have to hit me so hard? |
| Gwen | (smiling) I did. I really did. |
| The trio are soon chased by a crowd of DNAliens. Stopping, the trio repeat their sonic attack, causing the crowd to collapse. Gwen resumes running. | |
| Gwen | C'mon! Cooper's this way! |
| Kevin is following with an awkward walk, disoriented from the sonic attack. The trio end up right outside the mining administration building. | |
| Inside the building, Cooper is unhappily assembling an alien device with his technopathy, but drops the parts after being shoved by one of the two DNAlien guards. | |
| DNAlien | Faster! You have to make up for the time you lost trying to escape! |
| Cooper glares at the DNAlien before levitating the components again, but is interrupted by the trio's sonic attack, causing the guards to collapse, to Cooper's amazement. | |
| Echo Echo | Ready - to - go? |
| Kevin | Please say yes. |
| Now outside, the four run as they are pursued by DNAliens blasting at them with their laser blasters. Gwen and Cooper stop to turn to the army. | |
| Gwen | Stay behind me, Cooper! |
| Gwen throws Manna orbs at the DNAliens, hitting a couple and hurdling them away. | |
| Cooper | (swoons) Just like Princess Elena rescuing me from the Caverns of Unforgiving Dismay... |
| Gwen | Stay behind me, and don't talk. |
| Meanwhile, Kevin rushes at a group of DNAliens, tanking their lasers, and punching each of them unconscious. Gwen and Cooper catch up to him and Echo Echo, just in time to construct a Manna wall to defend against the larger crowd's lasers. A DNAlien runs in from just outside the shield, only to get punched unconscious by Kevin. | |
| Kevin | How close are we to the big cloaking thing? |
| Cooper | Just keep heading for where they're (points) building that arch. |
| Echo Echo | What - is - that - arch - for, anyway? |
| Cooper | They wouldn't tell me, and- |
| Cooper is grabbed by a DNAlien from offscreen. | |
| DNAlien | Everybody, stay where you are, or- |
| Cooper kicks the DNAlien in the leg, causing the DNAlien to drop him. | |
| DNAlien | (screams) |
| The DNAlien turns to Cooper, angry, only to get punched into the wall and onto the ground by Kevin. | |
| Echo Echo | One - more - blast, Gwen. A biiig one. |
| Reluctantly, Kevin picks up Echo Echo and holds him over his head. | |
| Kevin | Terrific. |
| Gwen drops the shield and fires a mana blast at Kevin, once more vibrating the Varcidium and Echo Echo to amplify it with his sonic scream. The entire crowd of DNAliens collapse as the four make a break for it. Running to the arch, the four spot a larger version of Cooper's prototype Cloaking Device. Upon reaching it, Kevin removes his coating and Echo Echo reverts back to Ben. | |
| Cooper | This is it! |
| Kevin | Then do your thing. |
| Cooper touches the Cloaking Device, and uses his technopathy. | |
| Cooper | (gasps) |
| Ben | What is it? |
| Cooper sees an alien sack birthing DNAlien eggs, DNAliens handling the eggs, an alien structure, a DNAlien exposing their tentacles, a Xenocite leaping at the camera from a diner table, a DNAlien wearing an ID Mask being revealed by lightning, DNAliens working, a group of DNAliens running, DNAliens operating a ship, a large army of DNAliens, a Highbreed flexing their wings, a fleet of space ships coming out of the arch, and finally Earth exploding. With the vision over, Cooper shakes his head. | |
| Gwen | What's the matter? |
| Cooper | I-I saw... equations... machines... another planet... |
| Ben | Figure it out later! Crash the cloak! |
| With his eyes glowing, Cooper levitates the Cloaking Device into the air, and disassembles it. | |
| Outside of Los Soledad, a truck driver passes by the base just in time to see the cloaking field disappear, much to his shock. | |
| Truck Driver | Huh? What the? |
| Back with the four, Cooper releases the disassembled Cloaking Device, dropping it. | |
| Ben | Good. Gwen? |
| Gwen | On it. |
| Gwen creates a large Manna construct and smashes the Cloaking Device parts with it. | |
| Kevin | Cool, now all that's left is to- |
| Kevin is interrupted by lasers from some DNAliens, somehow all missing them. | |
| Ben | |
| The four make a break for the base's entrance, fanning out to avoid the laser bolts. | |
| Kevin | Should've parked closer to town! |
| Once everyone is inside the car, Kevin starts, reverses onto the road, turns around, and drives off. The DNAliens stop chasing, watching them drive into the distance. The DNAliens turn to the Highbreed behind them. | |
| DNAlien | Should we organize transports for pursuit? |
| Highbreed | No. We don't want to arouse suspicion from the local authorities. The project at hand is too important. |
| The four are driving down the road, Cooper is looking out the back window. | |
| Cooper | They're not chasing us. |
| Kevin | They don't need to. Who'd believe us if we told what was really going on there? |
| Gwen | Anyone who checked it out would just find what looks like normal humans anyway. |
| Ben | We don't even know what's really going on in Los Soledad. Which means, someday soon, we're going to have to go back.(to Cooper) Can we count on you to help? |
| Cooper dreamily gazes at Gwen. | |
| Cooper | Anything you need... |
| Kevin opens his mouth to make a joke while Ben grins. | |
| Gwen | Don't. Even. |
| The four drive off into the sunrise. | |
| Back in Los Soledad, the trucker from earlier stands beside a sheriff talking to three construction workers with Los Soledad devoid of any alien technology. | |
| Sheriff | Eh, the deed to the land...The construction permits...Everything looks ship-shape... |
| Trucker | I swear, one second it looked like there was nothin’, then the next- |
| Very Normal Construction Foreman | Must be the heat playing tricks on you. We’ve been out here for months. |
| Sheriff | (hands back papers) Still don't know who'd want to build a mall all the way out here. |
| Very Normal Construction Forman | Oh, our company’s very forward thinking, Sheriff. Trust me, someday very soon, this will be where everything’s happening. |
| (beat) | |
| Sheriff | Huh. All right, then, sorry to bother you. |
| Both the sheriff and the trucker enter their respective vehicles as the trucker drives off. The foreman waves goodbye to the sheriff before he too drives off. After he leaves the two other construction workers remove their ID Masks to reveal that they're actually DNAliens. The foreman drops the papers and his own ID Mask, revealing that he's actually the Highbreed. | |
| Highbreed | Continue to work. The time of cleansing... is nearly at hand. |
| The DNAliens and Highbreed reenter Los Soledad, revealing that they've rebuilt the Cloaking Projector as the mysterious arch looms in the distance. | |
