| On Vilgaxia, Vilgax and Psyphon is then at the windowcill view of his castle, with his people cheering for him. | |
| Psyphon | Vilgaxia is safe again, sire. The people love you. |
| Vilgax then starts walking inside his castle. | |
| Psyphon | Something wrong my liege? |
| Vilgax | I find their admiration hollow. |
| Psyphon | Begging your forgiveness, master, how so? You are the conqueror of ten worlds! All bow down to your might and goodness! |
| Vilgax | Almost all. |
| Psyphon | Surely you don't let the fact that Ben Tennyson has repeatedly defied you. |
| Vilgax | Speak with care, Psyphon. Your council is valuable, not irreplaceable, |
| Psyphon | Of course master. My point was, simply that, if you so chose, you could defeat Tennyson and wrest the Omnitrix from him. |
| Vilgax | I know you seek to con me into reckless actions, toad. But know this, I am closer than ever to controlling the Omnitrix's power. |
| Flashback to the Ghost Town episode, the scene where Vilgax bargains with Zs'Skayr prior to freeing him. | |
| Vilgax (flashback) | I will free you from your prison and in return, you will tell me what I wish to know. |
| Zs'Skayr (flashback) | The knowledge to defeat Ben Tennyson, the secrets of the Omnitrix! |
| Vilgax (flashback) | Tell me, then I will set you free. |
| Zs'Skayr (flashback) | Primus. |
| Flashback ends. | |

Act 1
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| Then, on Earth, a red Techadon robot gets thrown through a sign saying "Welcome to Bellwood" and onto a gas station. It is revealed to be having a fight with Ben and the team with only Ben and Kevin out so far. Kevin then charges at the Techadon robot, in which the latter gets grabbed by Gwen's manna bola and Kevin jumps and tries to rip out it's head. | |
| Gwen | Didn't we already destroy this thing before? (yells) |
| Kevin | (morphs his hands into hammers) Not this one, Techadons are mass-produced battle robots. (hits with hammer hands) |
| The Techadon robot breaks the manna bola, knocking Kevin and Gwen onto the floor, then the robot starts stomping on Kevin with his foot. Then the Techadon robot gets harmed by magnetic beams. | |
| Lodestar | (offscreen) Too bad, so sad! (onscreen) You just can't resist my magnetic personality! |
| Lodestar uses his magnetic beams to break the metal parts, then break off one of it's hands away from it, then the hand becomes autonomous and starts trying to run away. | |
| Gwen | Don't let the gauntlet get away! |
| Gwen throws manna disks at the gauntlet, then it gets smashed by Kevin. | |
| Kevin | Not this time! |
| Lodestar | Any last words? |
| Suddenly, the Omnitrix times out and Lodestar reverts into Ben. | |
| Ben | Huh? (to Omnitrix) You are a piece of junk! |
| Omnitrix | Omnitrix must return to Primus. |
| Ben | Who's Primus? |
| The Techadon robot then goes up to Ben and morphs his hand into laser cannons and blasts. Luckily, Ben is protected by Gwen's manna force field. | |
| Ben | Thanks. |
| Gwen | Don't just thank me, turn into something and fight! |
| Ben | (activates the Omnitrix) How about some… (slams Humungousaur's dial) …Humungousaur! (notices he hasn't transformed) Humungousaur? |
| Omnitrix | That function is not available, Omnitrix must return to Primus. |
| Kevin | What's that all about, Tennyson? |
| Ben | I don't know, it's never happened before. (scrolling through Omnitrix) Where are all my aliens? |
| Omnitrix | (holographic loading symbol pops up) That function of not available. Omnitrix must return to Primus. |
| Ben | Somebody named Primus is jamming the Omnitrix? |
| Kevin | Never heard of him. (rips out the Techadon Robot's head) |
| Suddenly, a green energy wave appears from the Omnitrix. | |
| Ben | Guys... |
| Gwen | He's teleporting. |
| Gwen and Kevin jump into the teleportation wave with Ben. | |
| They all get teleported to a jungle-like home planet and Kevin lands on Ben when they all fall. | |
| Ben | Dude! |
| Gwen | Sorry, didn't feel like being left behind this time. |
| Kevin | It was a clean hit. So what is this place? |
| Ben | Not a clue. |
| The planet also has a green-liquid substance coming out of a volcano. Then, two giant blue mosquito-like aliens fly in the scene and drink the green liquid substance then shortly flies away. Omnitrix starts flashing again. | |
| Kevin | And the flashing? |
| Ben | Added to the growing list of things I don't understand. |
| Three of the mosquito-like aliens appear. | |
| Kevin | Incoming! |
| Ben, Gwen and Kevin run away. | |
| Ben | You know, if I built the Omnitrix, I would've added a few improvements, like making it work. |
| Then the team gets halted by many of the mosquito-like aliens from the front, then are now surrounded. | |
| Gwen | Kevin? |
| Kevin | Got your backs. |
| Kevin morphs his hands into hammers, then runs at the mosquito-like aliens and hits them, then Gwen starts firing manna disks at some of them. Gwen constructs a manna shield to cover both Ben and Gwen's heads from the aliens. | |
| Gwen | They're after the Omnitrix. |
| Ben | Good luck taking it off, this thing is not going anywhere without 'yours truly'. |
| The Omnitrix then autonomously fires sampling beams at three of the mosquito-like aliens. | |
| Ben | Ha! Who's the hero? You're in trouble now. Take that! Pew, pew, pew, pew! And some of that! Pachow, pachow, pachow! |
| Gwen | It isn't destroying them, it's scanning them. |
| Ben | Taking DNA samples? |
| Kevin | Well stop taking samples and start taking names! You're Mr. big shot wielder of the Omnitrix, wield something! |
| Omnitrix | (stops scanning) Omnitrix has returned to Primus, Ben Tennyson has fulfilled purpose. Omnitrix must find creator. |
| Ben | Wait, what? |
| The Omnitrix then gets removed from Ben's wrist and one of the mosquiti-like aliens take it with them as all of them start to fly away. | |
| Gwen | Don't let them get away! (fires manna disks at the mosquito-like aliens) |
| Ben | I can't believe it, the Omnitrix is... gone. |
Act 2
| Speaker | Dialogue |

| The team walks through the jungles more and Kevin slices some vines as they walk. | |
| Ben | I lost the Omnitrix, Azmuth is gonna kill me! |
| Kevin | Dude, he's already yo mad that you, it couldn't get any worse. |
| Ben | Really? |
| Kevin | No. |
| Ben slips over mud and finds dead mosquito-like aliens. | |
| Kevin | Must be some of the ones Gwen trashed. |
| Gwen | Fat chance. We're over a mile from where I was blasting them. |
| Ben | (picks up one of their beaks) Now that you mention it, these are scorched, like from a ray gun. |
| Kevin | (picks up beak) So we're not the only ones whose got a bone to pick with these things. (cracks it) |
| Gwen | There's no rust, no moss. The jungle hasn't grown run over. |
| Ben | Didn't happen very long ago. |
| Kevin | Good reason to keep on moving. |
| A few seconds later, the team continue venturing around the jungles. | |
| Ben | (walking through the grasses while groaning) Spidermonkey would so come in handy right about now. |
| Kevin cuts the grass with his spear hands. | |
| Ben | Hey! |
| Kevin | After you, hero. |
| They continue. | |
| Ben | The slugs the mud. |
| An unnamed snail-like alien drools it's slime onto Ben on the tree branch. | |
| Ben | Eugh. (rubs off slime) |
| Kevin | The complaining like a girl. |
| Gwen | Excuse me? |
| Kevin | Sorry, I was trying to insult Ben and he got away from me. Better get used to being you, what if you never get the Omnitrix back? |
| Gwen makes a hard stare at Kevin. | |
| Kevin | It's a legitimate question. |
| Ben | I've got to get it back, I will get it back! |
| Briefly, we see a small monster's eye popping out from the green liquid substance. | |
| Ben | Without it, I'm- |
| Gwen | -just a regular guy. |
| Ben | I know, I know. Stop reminding me. |
| The small Monster's eye pops out again from the green liquid, unbeknownst to the team. The team then come across a crossway where they have to cross the green liquid. | |
| Ben | It's gonna take us all day to walk around this thing. |
| Gwen | No it won't. |
| Gwen uses manna stepping stones for her, Ben and Kevin to walk through the green liquid safely. | |
| Ben | Now this is more like it! No mud, nothing that can touch us... |
| Ben then gets grabbed by a large tentacle from the green liquid and pulled into the green liquid. | |
| Gwen | Ben! |
| The tentacle then returns from the green liquid and smashes Ben on the liquid. | |
| Kevin | (morphs his hands into spiked maces) I've got this! (jumps in the liquid) |
| Gwen | Ben? Kevin? |
| Gwen uses her pulling manna beam to blast it in the liquid, but three tentacles now push it back, making a giant wave from the liquid. | |
| Gwen | Ben, Kevin, where are you? |
| Ben | Up here. |
| Gwen turns around to see Ben and Kevin on the branch of a tree, soaking wet. | |
| Kevin | What part of "I've got this" did you not understand? (falls from tree) |
| A few minutes later, the team stop at the volcano . | |
| Ben | This way. |
| They enter the volcano - then, from a dense view, they can see Vilgax fighting with Humungousaur and the former throws him away. | |
| Ben | Vilgax! |
| Gwen | And Humungousaur? |
| Kevin | I'd say somebody else beat us to the Omnitrix. |
| Ben | It's gotta be that Primus guy. He and Vilgax must be working together!. |
| Kevin | Then why are they fighting? |
| Ben | Oh sure, I have to figure out everything? |
| Humungousaur and Vilgax then continue throwing theirselves at each other, resulting in the former knocking him into the wall, making the latter trapped in a rock pile, then eventually breaks out. | |
| Vilgax | A valiant effort, but not really good enough! |
| Vilgax fires a red energy beam from his sword, making Humungousaur shrink while timing out. Then, the Omnitrix times out and Humungousaur reverts into Azmuth, revealing Azmuth to be in possession of the Omnitrix. | |
| Azmuth | (grunts) Give me a minute, I'm a little out of practice. |
| Ben | It's Azmuth! |
| Gwen | Should've known. The Omnitrix kept saying it was looking for it's creator. |
| Vilgax then lifts up a giant boulder and throws it on Azmuth, then Azmuth activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Rath and lifts up the boulder. | |
| Rath (Azmuth) | Let me tell you something, Vilgax, conqueror of ten worlds! Azmuth will defeat you! Azmuth will hunt you down, even though he's standing right here. You are no match for the awesomeness of Azmuth! |
| Rath then chops up the boulder in half, then throws them both at Vilgax, for the latter to blast them with eye lasers. Vilgax then blasts the eye lasers at a pile of rock spikes on the ceiling, for them to drop down at Rath. It has then weakened Rath and made him revert into Azmuth. | |
| Ben | We've gotta help him! |
| Gwen | )stops Ben) You can't fight Vilgax like this, stay here! |
| Vilgax | (picks up Azmuth and lifts his arm) To the victors go the spoils! |
| Kevin | (slides to Vilgax) Sorry to spoil your spoils. |
| Kevin hits Vilgax with his spiked mace hand, then the latter lifts him up and throws him. Then Gwen throws a manna ball on Vilgax, but the latter resists. | |
| Vilgax | If you two are here, then Tennyson cannot be far behind. |
| Vilgax blasts Gwen and Kevin with his aerokinetic wind breath (respectively). Then, Vilgax takes the Omnitrix off of Azmuth. | |
| Vilgax | At last, the Omnitrix is mine! |
| Ben | No! |
| Vilgax | Behold, the power of the Omnitrix! |
Act 3
| Speaker | Dialogue |
|---|---|
| Vilgax | (laughing evilly; pressing Omnitrix but doesn't transform) Huh? |
| Vilgax picks up Azmuth again. | |
| Vilgax | Tell me how to use it! |
| Azmuth | Umm... no. |
| Vilgax throws Azmuth on the wall. | |
| Vilgax | Omnitrix, I am your master now! I command you, Brainstorm! Big Chill. |
| Ben goes up to unconscious Azmuth who is not too far away from his concealed view. | |
| Azmuth | Ben Tennyson? |
| Ben | Azmuth, (there-there's Azmuth) everything's gonna be okay. |
| Azmuth | Did you just "there-there" me? |
| Ben | The Omnitrix teleported me and my friends to this planet.} (lets go of Azmuth) |
| Azmuth | You must gather them and leave this place while you still can. |
| Ben | But the Omnitrix- |
| Azmuth | -is no longer yours, Ben Tennyson, Vilgax has it. |
| Ben | We can't let Vilgax- |
| Azmuth | I concur, but it's operation is beyond his abilities, and I would die before revealing it's secrets to him. Now go before- |
| Vilgax | Ben Tennyson, I know you are here somewhere. If you have a wish to see you friends alive again, (holding unconscious Gwen and Kevin) step forward! |
| Kevin and Gwen | (groans) |
| Azmuth | They're already lost, there's nothing you can do. |
| Ben | I'll think of something, hero, remember? Vilgax, I'm here. Let them go! |
| A few minutes later, Ben, Gwen and Kevin then are chained to a wall by Vilgax with power dampening headbands, which are on all of them ecept Ben. | |
| Kevin | (sarcastically) Ooh, good plan Ben. |
| Ben | What? You wanted me to let Vilgax finish you off? I'll remember that next time. |
| Gwen | Worry about this time. |
| Gwen tries to use her manna to break free, but doesn't work. | |
| Gwen | I can't use my powers! |
| Kevin | The headbands, neuro-inhibiters. |
| Vilgax | Tell me, Tennyson. Is there a key? A magic word? |
| Ben | You'd have to ask Azmuth, not that he'd ever tell. |
| Vilgax | For your sake, pray that you are wrong. For if he does not, the great Ben 10 and his friends shall be fed to the Codon Stream. |
| Ben | Codon Stream? That's bad, right? |
| Vilgax | Your immune to the very end, Ben Tennyson. (walks away) |
| A hatch opens on the ground from below the team, revealing the green liquid in which Vilgax was referring to as "the Codon Stream". | |
| Gwen | What's a Codon Stream? I though that stuff was green lava. |
| Kevin | Seriously? We're about to be burned alive and you want to learn a new vocabulary word? |
| Azmuth | The Codon Stream is the key to everything. |
| Ben | Azmuth! |
| Kevin | Quick! Chew through our chains! |
| Azmuth | I am not a rodent. |
| Kevin | Could've fooled me. |
| Azmuth | I just wish to thank you, all of your service to the universe. |
| Ben | What? |
| Azmuth | We've had our differences, but I know your hearts are in the right place. Although, if it were my design, I'd move your hearts to the centre. |
| Gwen | You're not gonna leave us here?! |
| Azmuth | What choice do I have? The power of the Omnitrix must be kept from Vilgax at all times at all costs. |
| Kevin | Why you little... |
| Ben | How about that "Primus" the Omnitrix kept talking about, is he a good guy or a bad guy? Can he help us? |
| Azmuth | Primus isn't a man, Primus is this whole planet! An organic machine of my creation. |
| Azmuth (VO) | A verdant world where the Codon Stream contains every sentinent species of the universe. Haven't you ever wonder how I was able to collect samples of DNA from so many lifeforms?. |
| Ben (VO) | Those flying creatures that attacked me and took the Omnitrix!. |
| Azmuth (VO) | Volaticus Biopsis, I created those too, they wonder the universe seeking the DNA of sentinent life. In any event, when Vilgax arrived here, Primus felt threatened, so it summoned the Omnitrix home. |
| Ben | "Omnitrix must return to Primus." |
| Azmuth | Exactly, and you were attached to it, so you came too. |
| Azmuth (VO) | Primus have previously alerted me to it's distress when I came here. I knew the Omnitrix would not be far behind. |
| Ben (VO) | "Omnitrix must find creator." |
| Azmuth | Volaticus Biopsis brought a right to me, not a way I would've chosen to find out if the failsafe works, it's always better to test these things out in the lab on the field. |
| Gwen | If all the DNA is here on Primus, what's inside the Omnitrix? |
| Azmuth | (scoffs) Right girl, the Omnitrix is like a wireless device, communicating across the universe with a server that contains it's database of DNA. |
| Ben | Primus. |
| Azmuth | Without Primus, the Omnitrix is useless. |
| Vilgax | This world is important to you, eh Azmuth? More important than your own life? With those of these insipid children? That leaves me an intriguing option. Tell me how to activate the Omnitrix, or I'll destroy the whole planet! |
| Ben | No! |
| Azmuth | Ben! |
| Ben | Azmuth can't help you, he's just trying to protect me. I'm the only one who knows how to work the watch. |
| Azmuth | That's not- |
| Kevin | Button it, genius. |
| Vilgax | You'll make the Omnitrix work for me? |
| Ben | If you let my friends go. |
| Vilgax | We have an agreement. Teach me how to operate the Omnitrix, and I'll free your friends, but you, Ben Tennyson, will die! |
| Ben | Alright, I guess I have no choice. |
| Gwen | Ben, NOO!! |
| Ben | I know what I'm doing, Gwen. |
| Kevin | Since when? |
| Vilgax releases Ben from his chains. | |
| Vilgax | Show me, human. |
| Ben | See, when you turn the dial, you have to be pushing in at the same time. |
| Ben activates the Omnitrix and transforms Vilgax into Goop. | |
| Azmuth | Ben, noo! |
| -. | |
| Goop (Vilgax) | The power is unbelievable! I can do anything! |
| Ben | Almost anything. |
| Ben grabs Goop's anti-gravity projector and turns it off, making Goop slimy on the floor with no control. | |
| Goop (Vilgax) | What did you do? (grunts) I can't move! |
| Ben | I know, I turned off Goop's artificial gravity. |
| Ben pulls the Omnitrix symbol off of Goop, making Goop revert into Vilgax, and Ben now has the Omnitrix back on. | |
| Ben | Who's the hero? |
| Gwen and Azmuth | You are. |
| Ben | Everybody? |
| Kevin | You are. |
| Ben | All I asked for is a little credit. (activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Cannonbolt). |
| Cannonbolt | Cannonbolt! Yeah, buddy, feels good to be back! |
| Cannonbolt morphs into sphere form and knocks himself onto Vilgax two times, then he knocks Vilgax into the Codon Stream, but Vilgax grabs Cannonbolt's leg. | |
| Vilgax | If I go, you go! |
| Cannonbolt | I got a better idea. (kicks Vilgax into the Codon Stream) |
| The Omnitrix times out and Cannonbolt reverts into Ben. | |
| Gwen | You didn't do it on purpose, Ben. |
| Kevin | The guy totally had it coming. |
| Azmuth | Beware, it is not over, the bio-energy in the Codon Stream combined with- |
| Vilgax | (vile voice) Ben Tennyson!! |
| A giant version of Vilgax emerges from the Codon Stream. | |
| Vilgax | Prepare to meet your doom! |
| Ben | Yeah, I don't think so. (activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Way Big) |
| Way Big | Way Big! |
| Vilgax | I will destroy you! |
| Vilgax then starts hand-to-hand combatting Way Big, then the latter grabs his fist and hits them on Vilgax's face. | |
| Way Big | Stop hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself. |
| Kevin | (chuckles) Classic. |
| Way Big then throws Vilgax out of the volcano. | |
| A few minutes later, the team and Azmuth then are walking through the jungles. | |
| Azmuth | I suppose I'll have to move the planet and hide it again. |
| Ben | You're welcome. |
| Kevin | (to Gwen) Could you have acted more over the top when bBen gave into Vilgax? (lady voice) "Ben, nooo!!" |
| Gwen | I was just trying to help Ben trick Vilgax. |
| Kevin | Sure, keep telling yourself that. |
| Ben | But now we've got a giant Vilgax out there to worry about. |
| Azmuth | The effects of the Codon Stream will wear off shortly. |
| Kevin | Meaning we've just a regular-sized Vilgax to worry about. |
| Ben | (to Azmuth) So, uhh.. are we okay again? I mean, does this make up for- |
| Azmuth | -damaging my Omnitrix. No, I shouldn't even allow you to leave with it. |
| Ben | But, will you? |
| Azmuth | You are welcome, Ben Tennyson |
